This company absolutely does not care about the people that live on their properties. They do patchwork just to get by so they don’t have to spend any money. They leave people with holes in the ceiling, mold and holes in their roofs of their properties. They leave it up to their managers on property to take care of everything. Luckily, we are blessed on our property to have an awesome management team, but the maintenance people are getting sick and tired of trying to make up for the lack of care and effort this company gives. When you call this company, they completely ignore you and just send it to the management on the property. These people are disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves. I will be calling code enforcement for the city! This company should be put out of business is disgusting.

Daughter that's autistic lived at their property. PM cohersed her into signing a release of resident instead of an ntv giving her 9 days to vacate. As the property was sold. Maria broke rules and I've not been able to reach a RM at corporate to file complaint. Guess driving to Save Road Office will be in my future.

Never answers their calls, no receptionist to patch you thru. The only good thing about them is their apartment's location.
