DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE GUYS, OFFICE STAFF IS NICE, CORPORATE WILL HAVE YOU REPLACING THE ROOF ON A PARK OWNED TRAILER, WILL HAVE YOU REPAIR SKIRTING, SIDING, WILL EVEN ASK YOU TO "RESURFACE" THE DRIVEWAY THAT YOU LEASE! YOU WILL PAY A MINIMUM OF $700 TO RENT THE LOT, YOU WILL PAY AN ADDITIONAL MINIMUM OF $700 TO RENT / LEASE THEIR HOME. THIS CORPORATE COMPANY SHOULD BE STOPPED FOR RENT INCREASING, I MOVED IN HERE PAYING UNDER 1299 IN OCT 2022, CURRENTLY PAYING 1580.... WATER /SEWAGE RUNS AROUND $100 INCLUDED IN THAT PRICE. NOW THEY CAN'T MANAGE TO KEEP MAINTENANCE STAFF EITHER, OR OFFICE STAFF, THEY HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE UNQUALIFIED TO BE A PARK MANAGER, YOU COULD HIRE PEOPLE OFF THE STREET BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.
THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE NOW ARE SWEET BUT HAVE NO AUTHORITY ITS THIS COMPANY EVERY ONE NEEDS TO WATCH OUT FOR. HOPE YOU STEER CLEAR OF A BINDING CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I live in the Majestic Meadows in Taylorsville, UT. We currently only have a part time mgr. Club house is always locked. Pool appears not likely to be opened anytime soon. Public areas are dying from a lack of a working sprinkler system. Elderly lady who used to maintain flower beds has apparently been fired. The Corp. office phone is a non-working #. Oh, and our rent has been raised to over twelve hundred dollars. Don't think wealthy Mormon owners care at all.

Where do I even begin! I lived in lake villa for 5 years. The management are bully’s! The lady that takes care of the court cases is not trained properly! I paid my rent one month on time and I still got an eviction notice. My son and I had a meth dealer across the street from us, that was cooking and selling meth! Not only were they selling drugs but they continued to say things to my son and I! We chose to ignore them!
So beyond thankful for being kicked out for being late more than 3 times in a year on my rent!
You never realize how soul crushing your surroundings can be!

Old time resident here saying how disappointed I've become with management. We had extremely loud music from a neighbor for hours last night, I called and left message with majestic meadows they called back this morning and said there's nothing we can do about it never even asked which resident was being so disrespectful to the rest of us.

Absolutely terrible. Tried to call them multiple times "the number you are trying to reach is out of service" Like are you serious?! I have lived here over a yr, my husband 18 yrs, and it has been going steadily downhill. We also have had family visit.. and they have gotten towed and booted.......we are pretty much the only white family in this neighborhood and i feel EXTREMELY targeted. Very few others in the community ever get booted or towed....people are parked for HOURS in front of houses..mine included that I don't know, with no recourse...and my parents do for 30 minute's and get booted... We rent to own currently, to a "remodeled" home. Only for us to have to pay for a brand new gas water heater 30 days after movein....they did NOT inspect the stove, as a wire was chewed and we could have blown up....and to top it off, I have told the manager about a serious issue of the floor caving in, under our fridge....been like that since we moved in and nothing happened and now it's getting worse and there is NO sense of urgency. I have an almost 2 yr old and animals. What if it caves in?!?!?! Those are just the major things, but there are a LOT of small issues that are absolutely ridiculous.....lemme just say this.....Pink mold and water based paint that you obviously cannot clean. Also how can yall justify raising the rent so much!?!?! $85 each yr is CRAZY. This is supposed to be a home and have amenities and be a community and it's just NOT.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the current state of Hunters Creek Park. As a long-term resident, I have witnessed a significant decline in the overall quality of our community. Here are the key issues:
Property Maintenance:
The grass is left uncut, making our neighborhood look neglected.
Some homes have accumulated trash, furniture, and appliances in violation of our lease agreements.
A dangerous bridge remains UN-repaired, posing a serious safety risk to residents.
Safety and Security:
Unregistered individuals, including those with Sex crimes against kids under 18 backgrounds, are allowed to reside here without proper background checks.
Streetlights are out, creating hazardous conditions at night.
Parking violations (e.g., blocking fire hydrants, parking on curves) are rampant due to lax enforcement.
Rent Increases:
The frequent rent hikes are unjustifiable, especially considering the deteriorating conditions.
Our lot rent has become exorbitant, surpassing other properties in Lapeer.
Lack of Management Response:
We have reached out via email and phone, but our concerns remain unaddressed.
The management’s absence is concerning, and we feel unheard.
We, the residents, are considering a class action suit to address these issues collectively. We urge Kingsley to take immediate action:
Prioritize safety by repairing the bridge and fixing streetlights.
Enforce lease agreements consistently.
Consider the financial burden on long-standing residents when setting rent increases.
Allocate resources for community improvements that benefit all residents, not just families with children.
We hope for a positive resolution, but if necessary, we will proceed with our collective efforts. Our goal is to restore Hunters Creek Park to its former glory.

we can't have a fence to keep our dog in the yard. We keep her on chains which she breaks every couple of years. No fence so they can access our yard... LoL dogs out there. Same as if we had a fence, we have to bring the dog in so they can check for leaks and such... There was a fence when we moved in and we were required to take it down. Recently, I brought a half dead tree to their attention, along with other trees pulling wires off a pole behind our house, we were supposed to get contacted first thing... It's been three weeks. I see the tree guys slow down and drive by almost daily, they don't stop and ask about the tree ever. We were told to add concrete to park our fourth vehicle, now we have to pay additional fees for the four cars in our driveway... Changed it to a maximum of three cars even if you can fit them on your own lot! What sense does any of these rules make, except to make more money from honest people?
