Unfortunately I would stay far away from KPM. They have significant issues every time they touch an association with obtaining a master insurance policy. I have huge regrets over every contracting with them.

I am the owner of Texas Tactical Security LLC, out of Dallas, Texas. We had a contract signed with Interlace apartments. Our team worked tirelessly to make this property better and in which we did! Unfortunately, it has become severely hard to get payments for services rendered. We had to cancel our contract with this company/apartments due to none and late payments. I am warning all security companies to be weary of the staff and payments. Make them pay up first not net-30. We have to pursue legal action just to get our last payment for services rendered.

Car vandalism is rampant in my condominium, and they’re unresponsive to my calls and emails. There are cameras, but they don’t seem to work. Don’t get me started on the poor landscaping. I wouldn’t recommend this Management Company at all!

I showed up to our HOA annual meeting because I had several concerns and questions about our association budget and where all this money was going. KPM and their team conducted a really well run, professional annual HOA meeting that was really informative. They even took the time to answer a few of my questions and concerns after the long meeting, which really went a long way for me. After going through everything with them, I really felt educated about our HOA and how things are run. Keep up the good work.

My wife and I own a condo at a property managed by this company. They are the most unresponsive, non existent property management I have ever dealt with. Every time I attempt to contact our “property manager” John, the secretary states he is engaged in a call. Barely responds to emails and has never returned a phone call. We pay very high HOA, not sure where this money goes but do not see the return in service from property management.

I wish that I could give less than a one star. Last year my condo's heat broke, and the former management company fixed it within 24 hours. This is the second time this year- and it takes forever to fix. They do not care if they make you homeless. Also, they give false information. They said the heat would be fixed and the company was here... I took photos and have video of when the company left. In other words, they allowed a vendor to take our HOA dues and lie to them about it being fixed. This company does not send someone on site to ensure the work is ACTUALLY being done. I would not walk away .... but run from this company.
