I got an idea to surprise my wife for a birthday spa day in to include limo service.I contacted multiple companies and they did not return my calls and when they did, wanted to charge me an astronomical price for a 5 minute drive to the spa and a five minute drive back to our house. Getting ahold of Andrew of Lake Mary Shuttle I was able to schedule a pick up quickly and at an extremely fair price! Not only that, but, my wife was extremely please with the customer service! Arrived exactly when I requested and took great care in making sure she was picked up on time from her appointment. Not only that but went out of his way to drive her to a local restaurant to pick up lunch for her of her choice! Thank you very much Andrew and Lake Mary Shuttle! I travel frequently for work and need shuttle service to the airport. I've been using Lake Mary Shuttle for about 5 years now, and they are awesome. Great family run business. Always on time, actually always early! Great cars, reliable, can't say enough great things...guess that is why I've been using them for 5 years! 🙂 Highly recommended.

Hired them to drive me to Port Canaveral. Was quoted a price for a town car and instead of a town car showing up, they sent a van and still charged the same price. I feel that the company pulled a bait and switch by telling me that I would be riding in a town car, which costs more and then sending a van. They said they would provide me with a town car on my return trip from Port Canaveral, since I complained about not getting a town car for my drive to Port Canaveral. I return from my trip and what is waiting for me, another plain shuttle van, not the town car that was promised.

The only good thing that I can say about the Lake Mary Shuttle is that the driver they sent, Casey, was very professional and courteous. He was an excellent driver and host. He was on time, actually early to pick me up on both occasions.

I will not ever use their services again because they are over priced and did not provide me with the vehicle (town car) that they said I would be riding in for the high fee that they charged me. You can get a shuttle to the Port cheaper if you check other companies and book the service earlier and not wait until closer to your trip to book, like I did.
