We built a new construction home. In our final walkthrough our grass looked mostly dead, which our construction manager noted and said they would turn up the irrigation to bring back to life. We closed in April, moved in at the end of June at which point one half of our yard was completely dead. Landscape pros(who was in charge of all of our irrigation and landscaping from the start) came out as I noticed half of our sprinklers were not turning on at all. They did a test and showed that all were working. I believe someone screwed up and had our Zone 3 turned off for months, but they acted like that wasn’t the case. Fast forward 4 months or so and our lawn is almost entirely weeds. If you’re looking for a pretty lawn, avoid this company.

I called Landscape Pros and spoke to the owner Jim after the landscaping at our home had suffered flood and wind damage from the hurricane.
Jim’s team made some suggestions to run the irrigation to flush out the roots to salvage some of the plant material that may still have a chance to make it. Then Jim provided a smart plan To replace Plants and trees that didn’t make it with plants and trees That would be more salt, tolerant, and resilient in case in case a similar storm situation occurred.
The best part is when the team came to do the install they were very careful in excavating and planting around the existing irrigation. Carefully making sure that everything that was installed, had proper irrigation and added some soil amendments.
After planting, they tested the irrigation, which made me very happy. And then finished with the mulch application, making everything look great again..
The install Team members were very professional and took an interest to make sure that I was happy With the install as it was happening.
The final part is that they did a nice job cleaning up the property before leaving.
So hard to find good services these days. So I thought I’d take the time and give props To Jim and his team for a job well done.

Called the office regarding issue with a zone not working properly. Next morning, crew arrived, fixed a leaking head and checked the system to make sure no other issues were around. Neat & efficient.

Landscape Pros has been wonderful to work with. They installed an irrigation system at our house. Great follow-up and met with us to explain the system and how it works. Always nice to have a familiar person (Rita) answer the phone and know who their clients are. They helped with a fast warranty repair as well. Jim also came up with an amazing landscaping plan and worked with me to make personal preference edits/changes. We plan to work with Landscape Pros for future projects. They will be our first call!!
