TL;DR
RUN as fast a possible if you see a rental managed by this company or are looking for a manager for your investment!!

This is why:

The rental property I am currently leasing was in poor condition when I moved in. I submitted 61 photos with the property condition report. N & K Handyman, their vendor, took over 30 days to perform over a dozen simple home fixes.

I was appalled when charges for the handyman repaired cabinet fell apart ($120), replacing the entire refrigerator when a glued handle broke $1450, and having a HVAC technician come out to troubleshoot & service the downstairs heater when it didn't work ($79) were billed to me as tenant caused!!

It took over 10 days for an emailed response in which Keith Thomsen, the business owner, was extremely arrogant and discriminatory to me and my familial situation.

Keith stated the broken and glued refrigerator handle was a minor cosmetic fix and was forcibly ripped out. He added it was my fault for wasting everyone's time with an HVAC technician because the tech could not find anything wrong with the furnace and blower, but still performed an annual maintenance on the unit.

According to Rashell Frei, their "repairs realtor" all the items were "functional" when I moved in. She further stated the same cabinet that fell apart was repaired just prior to me moving in.

I am dreading the remaining 9 months of this lease contract (I am SO glad I didn't sign for 2 years) and pray nothing else needs repair!

(To add context, I lived in my previous rental residence over 4 years and NEVER had any problems. I was forced to relocate when my landlord decided to sell.)

I would strongly suggest looking for another property management company to lease with and I feel sorry for my landlord.. their investment is NOT in good hands.

Reluctantly, I was forced to pay these charges to remain current and avoid eviction attempts until other resolutions are exhausted.

After renting 5 yrs, the owner decided to sell the house so we will need to end the relationship. Keith let us know about the situation very early so we have enough time to look for a new place. All staffs are super nice, friendly and reply to emails very fast! My father wants to stay with Large Vision because he had the best experience with them. Keith was published an house for rent in Las Vegas, my girlfriend applied for this house and soon enough she got approved. One of the conditions in the approval was to pay $4000 in the next 24 hours, my girlfriend rushed and pay… 3 days later mister Kith told her that the house is not for rent anymore, sketchy move to start with… but now Kith doesn’t want to return the money!

We filled out applications on approximately October 27th, paid $150 in application fees, and input a move in date of November 15th. Jacklyn Tee approved us but said we had to move in on 11/11 or else they would move onto the tenant with less income and poor credit. I earn multiple six figures per year and have 700+ credit. I could tell right then they would be intrusive and un -accommodating managers. They never replied with a new rental agreement and just took the $150. Not to mention they’ll put a poorly qualified tenant in a long term rental in order to have it rented a couple of days earlier. This is BAD for the owner of the property. THESE ARE THE TYPES OF REALTORS THAT GIVE THE PROFESSION A BAD NAME.

Don’t rent or buy from this company. They do not respond to emergency’s. The AC went out in July of 2018. It took them nearly a month to replace. Of course they tried to blame me for it. They ignored the recommendation from their own AC company to replace it. The place was in awful condition on move in. On move out they blamed me for their neglect. Don’t trust this company or this rental located at 1020 Miradero Lane. Las Vegas, NV. 89134. When I moved out I left the property in better condition than it was in. Renter be aware!!! Stay away!!!

Typical response from a thief! The blame game is the reponse that I was looking for from this liar. I have everything documented and photos including video when I moved in and out. Stay away from this fraud. You’ve been warned.
