As a resident who pays HOA fees I believed that requesting the trim of a couple of trees encroaching on my property would not be a big deal. Again, I'm talking about a trim not tree removal. The ordeal started in July. Sometime between July and Aug I was advised the general trimming in my area would happen by mid-Oct. I contacted them in Nov and was told that the trees don't "appear" to be affecting my property. There's no consistency in response, in policy, the supervisor was condescending to say the least, and they do not display any concern for the homeowners. After waiting since July for a simple trim, I was told they no longer act immediately "on demand". If four months is their idea of acting immediately, I really would like to know what they consider a reasonable time for resolution. Anyhow, these folks with talk to you like you are making unreasonable, border-line crazy requests, when all you need is a trim. 21 emails later and getting my attorney involved after they said they need a certified arborist to make trimming recommendations for dead branches, I'm hoping this will be resolved by the next Board Meeting. I don't know how they stay in business with a 1.5 rating, and that's generous, in my opinion. Good luck to all the homeowners who may have to interact with these people, I do hope your experience is better than mine.

Definitely rude employees. I was trying to find out why the community manager would not fill out a standard form for our buyer who is not an investor and was fully approved by their lender on a conventional loan. The form is a standard form submitted to all Hoa's, never an issue with an HOA before this, and they charged our $500 to fill out the form and are now refusing to do so, holding up our buyer's closing for them and the seller! Horrible customer service, should be negative stars!

These people are something else, many of the complaints I see cite rude employees. From my dealings with them and what looks like turnover, I would suggest it is maybe not the employees but the company. As per status quo, it is likely bean counters at the top. Recently I received notice the Spanish Ridge location would no longer process HOA fees. About a year ago, I sent my payment to the AZ location and it took them more than a month to process the payment even though they had it in plenty of time. Of course the "preferred" method is ACH, so what I want to do is give this incompetent organization, through a third party proxy, direct access to my checking account. Not everything convenient is convenient friends and I am going to vote for getting into contract with a local organization at the first opportunity.

I was not able to give zero stars to complete a review, so one star. This company is completely useless if you need help or assistance with HOA related questions or issues. The first two email replies were they couldn’t help. The third reply was two months later asking for all the same information we already provided. We originally sent insurance company information, photos, estimate for repairs of the external wall damaged in a car accident AND a police report listing the HOA as the property owner and STILL had to handle the issue ourselves. Complaints filed with county commission, state assembly board, and BBB complaint pending.

We’ve been having problems with the gate all year yet they still don’t give us a gate code. I being it to their attention and all they say is the wifi signal goes out. How about you give us a gate code we can use? Why am I a homeowner who can’t even let people in at night?

Atrocious management company.

Special shoutout to my girl Erika who took two months (numerous email follow-ups and phone calls) to forward an email to the board re: a bug infested dead tree in our front yard, numerous dead shrubs, and a water issue at my property.

Not that it matters, but this place is absolutely disgusting and should be completely ashamed of how they treat their tenants. Not that they care at all since they are just here for the money. Currently, they have over 25 million dollars saved up in HOA fees but they refuse to fix anything in our community. Currently we don't have access to our pools because everything is broken. The gym has nothing it. And there is garbage EVERYWHERE. Our HOA fee for an apartment/ condo is over $250 a month. For literally nothing.

Horrible representation of HOA management. No one ever answers the phone, responds to emails or provides legal documentation to the owners of the communities they manage. This company needs to not be awarded/take on any additional management of anything until they can do their job on the portfolio they currently have. I will ensure as a homeowner that I speak at the next homeowners meeting to take steps to have them removed as management.
