Morning Star Property Management is one of the best property management companies that we as a tenant has ever dealt with! Rob the owner is very responsive to fixing any issues with our home. For example our hot water heater went out on a weekend and someone was here to fix it on a Saturday! We would also like to mention that Crystal the office manger is super attentive when we call and really cares about what we need. We have rented from Rob for 3 years and this has been the BEST rental experience. We highly recommend that if you are looking to rent a home look for Morningstar property management-you will not be disappointed!

I bought a house in Noblesville, IN through Lindsey and have worked with Rob at Morning Star from the beginning. His service has been excellent. He found a great tenant within a few weeks to rent our house, and he's kept the tenant and myself happy throughout. He responds immediately to urgent repair issues and follows up on routine issues, and he does them well, as often he does them himself. He has kept me informed of any work that's needed. When the first tenants moved out, the house was barely vacant a few weeks when another great tenant started renting. All tenants have kept the house in top condition, and I give Rob a lot of credit for finding great tenants. Morning Star has expanded and added staff, and they've been very responsive and reliable.

We have only been living in the house for 4 months. It took them a month of none stop calling to get our toilet fix and the electric fixed in our hallway the finally fixed toilet and still have no electricity in our hallway. For over a month now one of our bedrooms electricity gose out when its not raning but comes on when it rains. Most people would say their is a short somewhere ans water is getting to it. They sent someone to look at it. NOT a electrician. He told us that our stuff was to modern for our electric in that house ( witch we used a 20 year old lamp to show the electric was out.) We call them all the time and get no response. Now we get to sleep in fear that the house do catch on fire i have kids that come over for the weekend and we cant let them sleep in that room because of no electricity and we are afraid thats where the fire will start.its not even throwing breakers it just comes and gose when it rains. But let me a sure you they let us know when rent is coming up. We live in a half double and the next door neighbor can't get the to come fix anything. My rent is payed every time on time or even early. I wiould not recommend them at all they are like slumb lords.
