My husband David found Marian with Look Good Now for me ( Heidi Hale) and gave her services as a birthday gift. I was searching for answers to my many questions about my colors, styles of clothes, what looked good on me, and my makeup up application. As an older Mom of young children, I felt stuck in my style and appearance. Marian was understanding and met me where I was at. I felt so refreshed and emboldened to step out and try a “new” me! I would encourage anyone searching for a new set of eyes to look to Marian. She helped me tremendously with my make-up as well. It was an area I needed real training and fresh perspective on. I am an old tomboy who is insecure about my looks and never had a sense of fashion or clue about how to put a corporate gig outfit together. In fact, I have had an aversion to clothes shopping and mirrors. I have more confidence with my self image after our work together.

Marian not only helped me make peace with my body image issues, we actually had fun during the process. We bonded with her sharing her own vulnerability. She has a great sense of humor, as well as a great sense of style.

Within weeks of finding Marian, my closet - and my confidence - were transformed. She helped me cull through my past pieces, determining which didn’t work for me and which did with some updates, all based on my unique personality, coloring, and body type. She also helped me shop for new pieces from a local consignment shop, which resulted in a new wardrobe of quality pieces for a fraction of what I would have spent elsewhere.
