We have worked with Melissa and Chris in a myriad of ways and each level of interaction has been fantastic. When they managed our rental home in Henderson it was flawless & so easy. When they sold that home for us, so quick and simple. Then when we purchased our new home recently Melissa and Chris made the process so comfortable and found us our perfect home in the best location. Can't wait to start up on our next house hunt with them!!

My roommate and I have been tenants for three years. We always had our rent and never cause any problems. We have always placed work orders in a timely manner whenever things needed to be fixed or addressed as per our lease. We have always abided by the legal terms of our contract. The same cannot be said for Melanie Ferguson and company. We’ve had an open work order since July for a leak from our A/C vent that has not been properly addressed for five months now. Because this leak was ignored for as long as it was, it got worse and now we’re dealing with potential mold exposure that is also being seriously unaddressed. Melanie Ferguson and company have deliberately and blatantly ignored our attempts to communicate. our phone calls, our emails, and even our certified letter have been ignored for weeks. My roommate had to physically go to her office to speak with her because we were quite literally getting the silent treatment. Melanie‘s response was to pass the blame onto others and show fake sympathy for our situation. No explanation for dodging all of our attempts to communicate with her. So not only is she very intentional about what she’s doing, but she’s also violating Nevada housing laws and completely okay with that! They provided a temporary fix in November which cut off our air/heat and we’re now into December. We have been living with potential mold exposure for almost a month because our floors flooded two nights in a row. This woman and those affiliated with her do not care whether you live or die. We tried to reach out directly to the technicians, they ignored us as well. It’s absolutely crazy that we are expected to pay our rent in full one business day after the repairs are complete or they’re gonna start the eviction process. They sat around for months, doing nothing being absolutely useless. How about fulfilling your legal obligation to your tenants on time Do not establish a relationship with Luxe International Realty, Melanie Ferguson or anyone affiliated with her. I have never dealt with such negligence, such disregard for human life, such disrespect, such incompetency, such audacity as I have with them. I’m genuinely concerned that not a single person involved can do their job correctly and that they lack basic communication skills such as picking up the phone and updating your tenants.

Everything is good until it’s time to move! The professionalism goes out the door when it comes to how much Melissa communicates with the tenants. They need to revise their exit plan to the residents when it comes to painting. No specifications are given in regards to that so one can assume that it wasn’t a requirement since EVERYTHING else was so detailed on what needs to be done when it comes to the property maintenance. A simple disclosure of the paint color that is used for their walls would have rectified an issue that was made bigger than it was. The reviews are premature in my opinion because this the tactic being used when moving in to win a gift card. Leave a review for the FULL EXPERIENCE with this company when it comes to beginning and ending a lease with them. Melissa DO BETTER WITH YOUR PEOPLE SKILLS! Calling black people “you people” is never acceptable in a back and forth exchange that you started with your over exaggerated and theatrical way of communicating with something that you are displeased with. Very unprofessional!

I just got my keys for a new home today, and I must say WOW these guys are amazing!!! I had a great experience from the start. The application, lease signing and move in was actually a pleasure. Donna, who showed me the property, was extremely helpful. Melanie is super awesome and did a great job getting me settled in my new place. I even got a gift basket complete with snacks and tp lol!! Highly recommended.

Melanie with LUXE Realty was awesome to work with. I really appreciated how she adapted to text messaging (vs a phone call) with me as that's the quickest and easiest way for me to communicate. She kept me updated throughout our entire application process and sent me friendly reminders when I needed to complete something. The day I went to pick up our keys for our home, I had a frazzled morning and Melanie and her coworker were so amazing and sweet. They provided us a welcome home care package including a cute handmade sign for our dogs, which we LOVE! The people that work here clearly understand that the process of getting into a home can be challenging and they help smooth things out and go above and beyond. Truly appreciate all that they've done. Thank you!
