I wanted to give this rating a three star. Here is the reason about two weeks ago I put in a maintenance request for our refrigerator. Was not working correctly. The office was on top of the request getting a repair service out to look at the refrigerator and the freezer was not staying cold. The repair company came out and told us there is nothing wrong with the refrigerator, just need to make an adjustment to the controls. Sept 11th, 2024, nothing was cold frozen food was thawing. Called the emergency number to report the issue. Dave in maintenance came over. Told Dave what was going on and we had a repair company out. And all he did was adjust the refrigerator controls, nothing else. Dave found the problem. Freezer coils frozen with ice. What to say Thank you Dave for taking the time to come out and fix the problem. Which the repair company came the first time. Dave was friendly, professional, and understanding. Cannot contact anybody at legacy Varin thru their website, management does not care about residents concerns, lawn maintenance is horrible, cannot enjoy outdoors due to so many mosquitoes, and I am seriously thinking of contacting a lawyer to see what rights we have. They advertise park like setting but it is far from that. This review is on their monterey apts that is owned by legacy varin.

The hampton ridge i have I've and made my home as my neighbors for me 5 yrs and other much longer are agreed by this company..we have existing leases they do not abide by,they just changed our water company to a 3rd party that is being speed across the country and is trying to double bill us per person instead of the actual meter readings..I've been patient for the last 3 months as they have done nothing..will not answer a phone call or meet you in person,finally forced to contact a attorney...these people do not care about you..people have been leaving here hand over fist since this company took over
