Company refuses to respond to why $1285 is a reasonable cleaning fee for a unit after that unit was professionally cleaned and paid for by the renter at move out. In addition, charged by for ring and remote replacements even though the charged items were left in the unit.

I can never get ahold of anyone in any emergency. I’ve asked to have the cabinet fixed since before we moved in and it’s still missing the door. We’ve had flooding issues, rent payment problems, and our AC went out twice in the dead of summer.
It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to live in a place and make it into a home, but so many things keep happening that make you feel so unwelcome. Stay away from places that are owned by the property management.

I live in a neighborhood where they have rentals and they are absolutely AWFUL to have on your street and I can’t imagine how horrible it is to actually rent from them. Good luck and God bless to anyone having the unfortunate luck to have to
be in a residence managed by them.

CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE BY CALL OR TEXT! I have been trying to work out my rent with them for about a whole week now and no one has ever awnsered the phone. Not to mention they have allowed the flys in the outside dumpster to get so bad to the point of swarming, they have worked their way INTO the apartments and I havent gotten ahold of anyone.

I can never get ahold of anyone to talk to them. We’re supposed to move out December 11th and our rent was supposed to be prorated and isn’t. We’ve had so many issues with maintenance and the company itself. Nothing is done in a timely and professional matter. Needless to say we’re pretty upset.?
