A property manager you can TRUST. Professional, reliable , honest and fairly priced. They offer an online service to see all the transactions related to your properties. I started sleeping at night once I moved the management of my properties to Management Miami !

As a tenant & property manager of a property (not one of Management Miami) the way Management Miami treats their properties tenants is super unprofessional. For example, the property has been going threw some inspections when they call the tenants to schedule the inspections the have threatened fines if no response. Second, My water heater stopped working due to one of these inspection when reaching out I called 20 plus times, left voice messages, emailed and texted with no response. Once I received a response I was told I would have to wait till approval from the owner was given, understandably so I waited the entire weekend. When I got in touch with the owner I called and spoke to someone who mentioned they hadn’t checked to see if the owner replied. Mind you I still haven’t received any communication from not one person in regards to fixing the water heater. Today is day 4 of no hot water in my apartment!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING MANAGEMENT MIAMI TO OVER SEE YOUR PROPERTIES. They’re unprofessional, unreliable and will not treat your tenants with compassion in a timely manner.

This management company has a new person supporting service requests, and she did a 5 star job. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is for the history of having issues with Angel prior to her joining. Deborah was fast, responsive, effective and thorough. Our AC went out with a newborn which could have been chaos, but Deborah solved it faster than this company ever has before. She even went the extra mile to offer a portable unit if the AC Tech couldn't resolve things. Deborah has changed my opinion of Management Miami.
