There is lack of Customer Service professionalism. I have tried to communicate with this company at least 2 times a week for the last month. Every time when I call the receptionist tells me I need to speak to the person who handles the property. She tells me they are on the phone currently (which is the same line I get every time I call). I will leave a message and all I hear back is Crickets. Never a call back! I finally got someone on the phone and they said they couldn't assist me and then hung up the phone. No very nice at all.

I have major foundatios issues
I my condo let management know 9/23/23.i am trapped in my cannot ifix the problem or sell my condo. I have had no solution given to me and my condo is being damaged the longer this continues.

I have lived in my neighborhood longer than they have been "managing" the property here. I have been treated by what can be described as hostile disrespect from they first day they took over. Now as I have been trying to get them the money they collect for the HOA, I am running into even more problems. Their new portal is not working as described in their email notification of the change. I have made them aware and they are refusing to help in anyway. Terrible company with abmissal service.

Update: I have identified the issue with their portal system for them. I have informed them of what is needed to fix the issue. I am going to share a prediction now. I will hear nothing back about the portal issue but will in a few weeks get notifications about late fees. I invite them to prove me wrong and show this was just an unfortunate misunderstanding. I am sure though that they will continue their unprofessional and childlike behavior.

I am up to 4 emails and 1 phone call about the issue. I have done my due diligence. They have made 0 attempts on their end to find a solution.

With still no attempt by them to help with issues using their system I was able to make my payment. The main issue is their system is built with a github repository that designed for Mac and iPhone specifically. After learning that I was able to adjust the options on my web browser so that I could even enter information needed to make a payment.

The banks that work with them should do an audit of their security practices. I guess up side is if my bank info gets stolen I know where the hackers got it.

Although I believe this company appears competent due to the self-sustaining nature of the business they are in, they have proven to be ill equipped to deal with true crisis situations. The ability to collect annually increasing HOA fees to keep the grass mowed high and tight has never been brought into question, but that is the bare minimum.

If there are ‘unforeseen’ situations that arise, and as a ‘For-Profit’ business you lack the education, planning, resources and implementation necessary to address those problems immediately…you need to take a long look at the business model and those that are applying it. Earn your keep at least…

I live in Popular Hill HOA and Our documents expired, and we have been working with Mandy to get the board approval for the renewal of these documents. Mandy met with us several times, provided some important additional change’s and implemented the changes we needed also. She was patient, knowledgeable and understanding! Kudos Mandy!

The worst property management team I have ever experienced! Never able to assist and does nothing with underperforming employees. If you're thinking about buying a property and they're the overseeing do yourself a favor and spend your money where it is appreciated and vauled!

Feeling extremely disappointed with the lack of response to my query about having some much needed pruning/landscaping done. Was told 3 weeks ago that they would get back to me. Have since sent an email and left 3 phone messages, since my manager seems to never be available to actually speak on the phone. Such poor service.

So my last review sparked alot of conversation between myself and Mandy. I was most impressed in her willingness to work things in an amicable manner. Since we now understand that the best way to get things done, is respect and effectively communicating. As I get to know you, I find that your very nice and easy to work with and our communication has become most effective. I look forward to what the future holds as I work with Mandy and Management Plus.
