Poor to no communication and no follow up. It may be the manager they assigned to our HOA development, but the company needs to take responsibility to manage their help and hold them accountable.

Just terrible. If you want to own in a community where every decision you make as a homeowner is micro-managed then definitely search for a community that is managed by May Management. I would give them zero stars if I could. Avoid communities managed by this company.

Looking at the reviews they clearly paid for some of them. Greatly entertaining? This is an HOA company who is the worst hot garbage on the earth. Fire them, replace them, they are terrible. Owner of you look at these please just end it.

We have had experience with two different units in Cinnamon Beach. May Management has allowed unit owners to replace carpet with hard surface flooring and use sub-standard underlayment. Consequently the noise transmitted through the floors has gotten much worse . They have not followed through with the requirement of soft pads under furniture legs and that has made the noise problem even worse for units below. For example, chairs being moved , footsteps and music can easily be heard. We would be hesitant to buy a unit unless it was on the top floor. By not upholding the rules, May Management has allowed the quality of life at Cinnamon Beach to decline.
