I’m in the process of a major purchase and a collection from a hospital visit popped up on my credit report. I called immediately spoke with a gentleman by the name of Zach whom was extremely helpful. He helped me get a letter to show my POC to keep my progress in motion. He also went as far as to call me back and update me on the status of the information I requested. Thanks Zach for going above and beyond and being so knowledgeable about helping me in this particular situation. I can continue moving forward with my purchase, because I now have supporting documentation of payment of this delinquent medical account.

I received an invoice from Medical Business Bureau concerning services from October 12,2023. I wont go into all the details and ultimate misrepresentation by my surgeon but i want to take a minute to tell you about an absolute fabulous man named Gavin from MBB whom understood my situation, the absolute truth about what happened , and how he listened and agreed to work with me including my options available to me. He was understanding, polite, listened , courteous and best of all honestly put himself in my situation understanding me. I honestly cant say enough great things about this gentlemen whom went far above and beyond to assist me. Gavin is the best and is a fabulous representative of MBB.Thank you Gavin for taking the time to listen to me and truly make a difference in my life. I was shocked when I found an unpaid medical debt on my credit report from years ago so I called to pay. I was nervous, embarrassed and very stressed about it as I’ve never had this happen before. Franz was so kind to me and walked me through the process of paying my bill without the attitude and judgement I was expecting. For that I’m grateful! It was a smooth process! Franz was the best!

You employee Zach is amazing. He made me feel seen, heard, and centered at all times in the conversation. At every moment he took the extra step to make sure I was happy and when the hospital billing department was rude and set me off he stepped in and made sure they knew I had taken care of the bill. It is unfortunate that this kind of business is even needed but if it must, let every employee be as kind as Zach.
