Would be more stars except for 2 major items: no restroom for the public?

I'm a disabled customer using a walker barely able to navigate entering their lobby with said walker (with the way the door is positioned).

I HAD to go there to get an ID made so I could get an ADA bus pass (thank you for that!!!) and had to use the restroom for a good 10 minutes at this point. No business along my path would let me but I actually had business here and I was several blocks from home.

I didn't make it by the way. I hope the lady at the front desk gets to read this.

That is just sad when an old lady and her walker who struggled to get there to begin with are denied use of at least an employee bathroom.

Last bus to LB is be there by 6:30. Or you're either walking or staying the night. But it does near the bay area buses in pricing. $6 for an all day pass. Compared to $5 and some change just to get on the bus in the bay. Longer hours and you'd be good in the hood.

There are bus drivers who are nice, but there are some who wasn't. Lucky you if you ride one of those who were kind and professional.

Useful and good local bus service that serves Merced County and to Turlock. The drivers are professional, friendly and polite. There is free WiFi on the buses but some of the buses will won't work but that is a minor issue. At times THE BUS will offer a free ride campaign during the times the Merced County Fair runs and during the summer months with its promotions. It is worth the time to ride on THE BUS and to meet people and to get around Merced County. Hop on board THE BUS!
