We had a wonderful experience working with David. My partner and I were between a few units and very nervous to get everything sorted out before our current lease ended. David was wonderful to work with and very responsive! He worked around our schedule and was understanding when I had to change the time for our showing. We are very grateful that this process was smooth and quick . We love our new apartment and are super excited to move in!

The office & Maintenance staff are all very nice and accommodating to the tenants in every nicest way they can be down to promptly and quickly handling maintenance issues; the property is keep up with the lawn being maintained professionally; and they are working to remodel and update some of the older units before moving in.

Please ask for him if you are interested in any properties for rent. He really knows how to go the extra mile and truly wants to help you. Hard to find good people like him anymore.

I rented with them for a year. Upon move out, I asked for a move out inspection. When the guy came out, he didn’t have move out inspection paper with him. He asked me if I received it. I never did get any move out inspection paperwork. The house was left in excellent condition. I cleaned it and everything. How is it that they are trying to give me 400.00 of a 1700.00 deposit? The management company has done nothing to fix it. A lot of the charged canes out of nowhere, as it was never discussed at the move out inspection. What’s the point of a move out inspection if they’re going to add new “issues” after the inspection. The landlord claims he has pictures but has not shown me anything to justify them keeping most of my deposit. I’ll never rent from this company again. I guess I’ll have to take this matter to court, since no one seems too interested in making this right.

Applied to several places and reached via email and phone when days passed with no response. Finally call the admin office trying to get ANY clarity. The accountant who answered the phone was actually really nice and tried to help but there is never anyone to talk on the phone on the leasing side. The accountant apologized and said he would have an agent call as soon as someone came in. Well instead of a call I got short, seemingly annoyed texts. Even though I’d applied, called, emailed, and left detailed messages they couldn’t even be bothered to look up what I applied for before the lackluster texts. It’s wild because I’m literally trying to hand you free money and you couldn’t be bothered to respond with a drop of decent customer service. At a minimum you should tell people if they are approved or not, but I think they are so disorganized they just let me slip through the cracks.

Used to be a great company to rent through they were extremely pleasant to deal with and was quick to fix my problems. Not only has that changed, but the rent has gone through the roof. I’ve had a few problems that I needed fixed and it got ignored. I’ve been running through these people for seven years, but they have definitely changed. They also are pushing me to get rentals insurance after paying $1200 a month for rent.

I have been with Modern Property Management for 2 years now and when I say they have been NOTHING but GREAT- its an understatement! They are so understanding and willing to work with you if a problem occurs. Maintenance is easy to communicate with and they are fast on the job! I would recommend MPM without hesitation.
