I have a friend that has rented from them for the last 6 years and raccoons ate a hole in the roof last year and they still haven't fixed it let alone everything else wrong with the old outdated place do not recommend renting from them

If my friends or family ever decide to rent in the Wichita area I would definitely recommend going through rentals!

Really awful people to rent through. Heather has a horrible attitude. I wanted to renew my lease because I loved the house but didn’t because they were awful to deal with. They will make ur life hell. Her husband isn’t too bad but she just has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be doing this as her job. If ur a renter stay away from them if ur a house owner stay away from them.

My family has been occupied in a rental property for about a year now. While the location, and size has been very fitting, the service of this Christian Company has been medicocre say the least. Heather seems quite irritated whenever an issue or concern about the property is brought to her. My spouse and I have a very busy schedule. I actually do not feel comfortable talking to her, she is very aggressively irate about a lot of things. When resigning our lease today she asked me why I left this bad review. She says “so you’re not going to change your review?” In a very bullying way.... That is when I realized I was dealing with an incompetent individual who truly lacks professionalism. When working in customer service you have to learn how to listen. Heather talked over me, and even defamed me by calling me a “liar.” I really feel like this job is overwhelming for her, and she should seek a career with minimal customer interaction. She makes me feel like asking her questions are too much for her. Her attitude is nasty and argumentative. The realtor does not value other people’s time. When telling her I had to get ready for work she continued to barraid me with topics, and I ended up taking a shower while She was still talking. Heather will act like she’s the owner, and instead of addressing the issues with the owner she will tell me what “she thinks” he won’t replace. No professionalism. She talks down own people, and does not show empathy. Most communication is done through text message. Terrible way to communicate because things get misconstrued. This would be a last resort rental company if I knew then what I know now.

Drew and Heather are a complete and total disaster when it comes to property management and have literally no IDEA what they are doing. We bought a foreclosure in Wichita and placed with their fly by night company. They couldn't or wouldn't answer simple questions like bedroom / bathroom count so we could start the process to assess a fair rental value. They very few local contacts in the trades and didn't know how to prepare a move in / repair list. They literally sat on our keys versus managing our basic property needs. They did arrange a clean-out and then said it started then gave us a bid for a roof / siding out of nowhere but couldn't provide the names of the roofer or the materials even and when told we needed the basic list of work first to establish an overall ballpark budget which all property owners ask for, they refused to do the clean-out which was already contracted for. Massive case of bruised ego. These folks literally have no idea what they are doing and for the sake of property owners they should really consider changing careers. No answer to simple questions, no move-out worksheet, no questions answered on bid; not even the type or materials...and then abandoned us when we ask simple questions as their ego was bruised when we pointed out the standard professional processes. Even cancelled our clean out to try to harm our interests and threatened to mail our keys across country to delay us from transferring over to another company. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS IF YOU OWN A LOCAL PROPERTY.

I have only been with Mogul for my property management for a short time but I have been impressed so far. We started out with one of our units coming available right after we switched management companies (knew this was coming in advance). From the initial walk thru (where they sent us a list with suggestions for needed repairs and maintenance) to the speedy re-renting of the unit, I am very happy so far with the Mogul Rentals team. Communication has been great! Payments have been speedy and auto deposited as well. I'm looking forward to a profitable year together.

I would not suggest renting from Mogul Rentals. I moved into Bluestem Apartments with a partner. For starters, we were never given a copy of our lease. The partner and I split up not long after moving in, so I gave Heather a text asking her about taking my name off of the lease. The partner accused me of destroying some of her items, which this claim had no basis given the fact there was no follow up, no case, no served protection order, etc. But Heather used this claim to not answer numerous calls and texts to both her office and personal number about retrieving my belongings that were left at the apartment or to get some notice as to whether or not my name had been taken off of the lease. She also discussed this claim the partner made with the maintenance person who then reiterated it to a friend and also made negative comments about me to that friend. She used the maintenance person to change the locks and didn't notify me about it, she took my name off the lease without notifying that too, and only let me get my belongings after having to be contacted by a number that wasn't my own. My friend is having issues with her apartment such as water flooding the carpet which she refuses to answer about. Heather is very unprofessional. I've never spoken to or heard from her husband, but her in of herself runs things in a very shady way, and to also say illegal and I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau. Also the Bluestem Apartments are not something I would suggest living in. Both my apartment and my friend's have had tons of issues. Messed up doors, leaking faucet, AC not working, leaking water tank, broken rail in the closet, holes, stains, and scratches on the walls, broken circuits, and so on and so forth. There's trash everywhere all over the apartment areas, constant loud music and noise, and so much more.

Editing since I cant reply, just because you are unable to handle the maintenance side does not mean you have absolutely no control over seeing to it that they are a fit place to live. And no, you never got back to me as to whether or not my name was taken off the lease or that the locks had been changed and I was still supposed to receive a number of days to collect my belongings, hence the reason the locks needed to stay the same. It is illegal to not let someone access their things. I'm sorry you're trying to excuse unprofessionalism to fuel your ego. I never saw anything or signed anything to even verify I was for sure taken off the lease. You can try to change it in any way you want, but these things are still illegal and irresponsible for a company to do. You told my mother that the reason you changed the locks was over a protection order (which was not in place or served, therefore again had no basis) so that right there proves your ability to change a story however you'd like.
