I've worked with Monarch Association Management for over 10 years. First as a resident, then a board member and now as president of my association. The woman-owned, family company is knowledgeable and thorough.

Monarch stays on top of the CONSTANT changes in Florida law. They have deep knowledge about the associations they serve in addition to the Pinellas community as a whole.

I highly recommend Monarch's service to other communities.

For consideration regarding the negative reviews...I have seen that with the consistent owner turnover in our local neighborhoods (mine has been as high as 15% in a year), there are many owners have little to no understanding of what an HOA is or does. I've witnessed that complaints of HOA/management often come from individuals not following the rules (i.e. maintaining property, paying dues, etc.). Complaints have also come from owners with inflated expectations of the HOA/management role and they become frustrated when enforcement of rules cannot occur immediately or are outside the scope of the HOA entirely.

Understanding Monarch's role in my association and right-sizing expectations has lead to a positive working relationship which I expect to continue for many years to come.

Great company to work with!! Highly recommend using them for all of your association needs. Quick to answer questions and handle any problems thrown their way. Any problems you have is just a call away from being solved with these ladies. Cindy, Sue and Carrie is who you want on your side!! Best group of property managers out there. Any poor reviews you may see have to be problems with the individual who are writing them. Clearly they are out of their minds. I wouldn’t use any one else and am a firm believer in this management, and definitely one I plan to use for my community!

Absolutely horrible service and experience. Unprofessionalism is not enough to describe how Sue operates this business. Stay away from this company. It is better to pay a little more to someone else that really manages your property and takes care of the owners.

I am on the Board of our Association and we have worked with Monarch for over 2 years. They are nice people to work with and HIGHLY responsive. They go above and beyond what is required for a management company and always look to provide the best service. They have managed for us: broken pipes, replacing drywall, fixing outside phone lines, rodent issue, and this was all in two weeks. They handle complaints, abuses of our policies, violations and disturbances with ease. They are total Pros.

Two words: stay away . Worst management company ever encountered. They "tried" to so call " manage" our small community but failed miserably. At board meetings, one cannot help but wonder how in earth they are still in business. Horrible and quite unpleasant to deal with 🤮🥸

As president of my association, I have dealt with 2 other management companies over the past 6 years. Monarch has proved to be the best under the most stressful of situations. They answer phone calls at all hours of the day and night, respond to emails and always act professionally. Some of the reviews I am reading on the google review are clearly attacks against the Monarch from people who do not wish to follow the guidelines of their own condo association/bylaws and out of frustration, choose to attack Monarch. I highly recommend this management company!
