I hired Moonlight for a backyard renovation. Originally, I'd contacted them only for a tree removal and they asked to bid on the whole project and said total job would be about 10 days to complete. 112 days later, the project is finally complete, but not without issue. Aside from multiple things wrong (pergola not placed correctly, as an example), my primary issue is the way we were treated throughout. Not once did I receive a proactive communication on when work would be done, and even when I asked, I received responses like "we will get it done" and "he will get there when he gets there" and sometimes had to wait a week for those responses. This is the most unprofessional and uncommunicative owner I've ever worked with. On the positive side, his workers were pleasant and Omar at Quality Concrete who was the subcontractor for the patio was amazing.

It will be interesting to see how long this rating is available as the owner said he would take it down if I posted..

This company also installs Christmas lights. After they installed my lights on my house this past November I called twice and left messages asking for someone to come back and replace the burnt out bulbs as they didn't bother to check them before they left. Of course, NO ONE EVER answers the phone or returns calls so Christmas came and went with many burned out light bulbs--it looked great! Oh, and it's February 9th and they have still not come to take the lights back down off my house. Rotten service. Not paying a bill until this is resolved either.

I had a long list of services I needed done from this company. Two and a half months later after a third attempt, the GM called me back and said it was the first he had heard my name. He said they would arrive that day to spray all of the weeds, which they did, and return in one week to remove them all. It's been two and a half weeks and I'm still waiting. Each time I have called it has been during regular business hours, yet no one ever answers the phone. On to another company I go.

My experience was terrible. It took 4 months to complete the seeding and foundation dirt application. Very half baked company with zero ethics.
They forgot to bill me and I did not care until one year later they were collecting for it.
I paid them reluctantly, but they are dishonest and terrible
