When I initially signed up for the Moxie Coach program, I had only intended on learning the logistics behind coaching. However, to my surprise, this program was so much more than I anticipated in the best way!! Upon enrolling in the program, I was in a job role that I had grown to hate and was looking to develop my skills in order to launch my own business and help people in the way that I thought necessary. I had no idea how much personal growth I would experience until I started the program. Life changing to say the least!! The online courses were set up perfectly to fit in my schedule because they allowed me to work at my own pace. The curriculum itself really takes you through the business side and personal side of coaching with a fine tooth comb. I was amazed at the level of support and accessibility we had to our coaches. The "Live Lab" series provided a safe and positive environment to learn and practice with peers. They literally have everything you need to succeed!! By the end of the program, not only did I feel more grounded in my ability to coach and develop others, I felt more grounded as person. I have developed a deeper sense of empathy, patience, and compassion for myself and those around me. Even though I have completed the program, the Moxie community continues to be huge support system for my personal and professional development to which I am extremely grateful.
