I’ve recently gone through several significant life changes including a new job and our first baby.
I participated in Nathan’s 21 day challenge and it made a significant difference in my life. The program helped me recognize unproductive habits and develop techniques to stop them. Similarly how to replace poor habits with better ones.
Nathan has a very high quality program and in my opinion executive level. The students that participate are great and from very diverse backgrounds which helped me identify so many patterns I may have missed alone and feel that I was part of a community leading change. Highly recommend it if you want a program that provides insight, structure, and is asks you to apply its lessons and grow by the time you finish.

The 21 Day Habits Challenge is an exciting and challenging program that everybody can benefit from. Earlier this year, I participated in 21 days habit challenge. It was an awesome experience. Nathan is a great coach and motivator. He also shows his human side; which is nice. He also creates a safe space to share. If you're looking to make little changes or huge ones - this program is a great place to start.
