We were lucky enough to be referred to New Castle Realty. What a difference. Like night and day. Melanie responded to our inquiry right away, and answered every question we had. She, and her colleague, Lisa, made the transition from the old company to New Castle smooth and seamless. New Castle followed through with terminating the lease on our previous tenant, got the property turned around quickly and rented within a week.
Their communication is first class, with any responses in next to no time.
Their account statements are clear, logical and concise. We are always notified of any repairs needed by email, along with accompanying photos, and they are carried out efficiently and cost effectively.
Our only regret is that we didn't know about New Castle Realty years ago. They are outstanding, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
