My experience with oasis community has been nothing short of a nightmare. For the past two months, I have been desperately trying to resolve a critical issue with my account, and to date, no one has bothered to return a single one of my calls. They are charging me double what I owe, and despite my repeated efforts to get in touch, I have yet to receive any response.

This level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve left countless messages, sent numerous emails, and followed up persistently, but it seems Oasis community couldn’t care less. Their complete lack of communication and inability to rectify glaring mistakes shows a total disregard for residents and an utter lack of professionalism.

This situation isn’t just inconvenient; it’s a glaring indication of serious mismanagement. The blatant disregard and disorganization displayed make it clear that Oasis community is wholly incapable of fulfilling its basic responsibilities. The lack of respect and the evident incompetence are infuriating, and it’s obvious that they have no intention of providing a decent service to their members.

If you’re considering moving to a property managed by this association, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The current management is a complete disaster, and unfortunately, residents like me are paying the price for their incompetence. I hope this review serves as a warning and prompts Oasis Community to take immediate action to rectify their abysmal service.

This company has the worst very worst billing system ever. Everything is lumped into 1 billing who knows where the money goes? 1 man who works there is the worst his personality is one of a dictator who does believe in answering questions. He’s not there to babysit us. You can be very delinquent stand in the office to pay your bill and they don’t give the whole picture. Very sneaky unprofessional . I now have received a call from Robert who thinks he’s my father the way he speaks the ledger o got everything was put in 1 bucket who knows what payment goes where he tells me it’s in their coding well I don’t work there and the ledger I got was a pathetic way of doing business in my opinion.All will be duly noted in our next meeting.

I've lived in several properties managed by associations in Dade County, but coming to Arrowhead in Broward has been an outstanding experience. The attention and care here are exceptional. Lee, Richard, and Carlos are always accessible and happy to answer any questions. Besides the excellent care for the residents, the maintenance work is exemplary. The ongoing revamp of the parking lot and greenery will make the neighborhood shine even more. Garbage is always orderly and never accumulates, so there are no unpleasant smells. The community is well-kept and up-to-date, with no signs of disorganization. I appreciate the care and attention that make this neighborhood feel like a true community.

As president for our community, Arrowhead Country Club Villas, I am happy to recommend Oasis Community Management. We have been with Oasis since we moved here in 2017. Lee and his team always has our communities best interest in mind. They see to the day to day operations and have kept our community at 100% reserves. Lee and the Oasis team are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Oasis to any community looking.

If this team is over your HOA watch out! Price jumped 57% over two years. From 350 to 450 then 550 the next year. Though there is a budget that gets presented and approved there is rarely a large number of residents listening into calls and they are powerless. Had a fence and termite issue years ago that was mishandled with delays in response and part of the budget increase is for subterranean termite treatment now lol. No new amenities in years. Pool closed a few times a year. Gate breaks frequently and still break ins occur with the fence. Community been asking for years for a button to push to get out of the neighborhood gate - as right now any guest who walks out of the neighborhood must be accompanied by someone with a fob. Payment systems change every year. Pest control jumped 60,000 dollars. Maintenance jumped 120,000 dollars a year (and Rob’s explanation was because we went over by 13,000 the year prior). They threaten assessments to justify the raises. There is “always” pushback to the increases but the board that David, Barbara and Brian currently serve on does little to help in regards to concerns that the community raises. Looking forward to the canned reply about how sad it is they got rated with 1 star or I’m not explaining some side of the story ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We are happy to recommend Oasis Management. The owner, Lee Lazerson, is fully committed, involved, and cares about doing well for others. He’s a true professional and I’m happy to know him and his staff. Since 2017 Oasis Management has hired us numerous times and to go take a project from start to finish and a few times to finish other contractors subpar work. I do not know Lee outside of work. However, he is one that I would trust with keys to my home.

Oasis Community Management represented Sunset Cove for several years while I served as President of the HOA. I would recommend them to any community looking for management services. Lee Lazerson spent a significant amount of time working in and for our community. He is very knowledgeable on HOA statutes and bylaws and has excellent resources for all facets of maintaining and improving a community. In many cases Lee’s recommendations resulted in our HOA saving a considerable amount of money. I am pleased to recommend Oasis to other communities.
