This guys are corrupted and crooks. Watch your reserves and operational money will slowly disappear. They run maintenance companies to drain your accounts. Priortie property maintenance is one of them PAM ( premier association management) keep all eyes on them.

Be extremely careful with a management company who uses ONCall towing. Not only are they predatory in their practices. They feed off paying tenants situations. Example A. If you rent a vehicle and it's parked in your assigned or leased spot they will tow it regardless of previous communication with the property management or Oncall. B. The move in day they towed our vehicles due to unassigned parking issues. It was the very first day of living within the property. When you speak with the customer service representative they will ignore previous conversations. All based on extremely outdated parking policies. If you live at any of the residences that use this towing service be sure to review parking policies. To deal with both record all conversations or else you will be dealing with lost of income and poor predatory practices.

‼️ Avoid the place if you see this Company. ⛔️ Rude and Unprofessional people. They hang up phone and block your number on system. When you try to reach them again, you are unable to connect someone. It's loop on voice messages after sometime never answer your number.

⚠️They towed my guest car Without Notice and without wait on Saturday 22 July 3am from my reserved parking lot. They request immediate tow same time at night. If they wait morning I see the notice and find solution but they didn't. This is happened Second time. I WILL MOVE THE PROPERTY BECAUSE OF THIS RIDICULOUS RUDE COMPANY.

My guest vehicle access is expired. They towed without notice and warning. I checked the residential policy. There is out of rule and policy. I don't have 3 violation warnings. I have only 1 warning on January. In the rules / policy "Restricted Guest Vehicle" violation is One warning before tow. And "Expired Guest Vehicle" is Standard action which means if you exceed 3 violation in 1 year make it immediate action. But I don't.

Omg I moved in that ghetto from Nj I was so excited to purchase a unit in that community. This is a jungle. management is horrible treat good people like dirt. And you see a lot of people you never expect to call your neighbor walking around stress free. I realized I simply dont Belong in that jungle.

Customer Service is zero
I spoke with one nice representative she seemed sensible, however never called me back with follow up she promised.
I just spoke with a male representative, and I admit I was aggravated because I have been parking in a guest spot because my assigned parking was assigned to some one else by this lovely management company.
After wasting time calling over and over before someone answers, the representative was speaking over me then had the gall to tell me, I was not being cooperative and HE was not going to waste his time with me.
Waste your time You are at work, do your job like you are paid to do.
Absolutely disgusting, no tact or customer service.

Our community has been managed by On Call for over 4 years. Before they came on we were having serious issues with finances, violations and the day to day operations of our community. When Ray came on, this guy was so knowledgeable and active. We never saw our prior managers, but he was always around and at our meetings. He listened to residents and always followed up. I know I personally have gotten return calls from him up to 8/9 at night when I made contact. When we called for a major line break about 2am one morning, there was an emergency option to leave a message. He called back within 15 minutes and came out to the property himself, he was there until the plumbers left. I read the other comments and I am guessing that people who took time to write those had problems and wanted to vent, however; owners and tenants need to remember these guys at the end of the day take a lot of people's venting and are made the punch bags for carrying out the enforcement of the rules and regulations and orders of the Board. I know because I was a board member one year and have seen this directly. I also know they changed the receptionist in the last few months. At the end of the day, I have never had any problems with the company or their staff, usually I get them, but when I have had to leave a message or email, I get a response within a day - I can only imagine like any other business they have peak times. And overall, since they have been our management, our community fees have not increased, and still they have painted the community, redone the driveways, upgraded amenities and brought our community back from the turmoil we are in. The knowledge and expertise they brought gave the board so many options in recovery and Ray himself dealt with vendors and code to get our major concerns handled. I attend our meetings and our owners seem very content with their services. I know since I have lived here, this has been and continues to be the best management we have had.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with them so far has been horrific. They are a homophobic, discriminating company and I have NEVER had any problems where I live (for the past 7 years) until they came along as our new property management literally just a few months ago. They deny people and illegally discriminate against perfectly qualified people for no good reason AT ALL. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Then they pretend to be innocent and take no blame. Don't worry, they will be hearing more from me. Also, Sasha is extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.

#1. Their business hours are super inconvenient for a working person 10am to 5pm. Really . #2. They took 5 days to change the phone number on my call box. #3. Their communication skills are terrible. I called and specifically told them that I was taking time off work to go and pick up a sticker to get into my gate and was never informed there was a fee. I have no problem paying the fee but I was never informed of it or that the only payment method is check or money order. So when I arrived I had to go on a mission to get a money order which delayed the whole process. If this was communicated to me I would have came prepared. #4. Every time you need to do something I have to bring a copy of my lease. I've taken my lease 3x already why can't they just make a darn copy and keep it on file? #5. I continue to get letters about having bikes in my patio. I don't have a patio or a bike. These people are a mess. Thankfully I'm a renter. I would never purchase a property being managed by these fools.
