Dr.Persons & Kari are amazing! Thank you for giving me a better quality of life & helping my father as well. Such a blessing to have doctors who actually care about their patients. I love their vibe at this office. Also Cameron in the front desk is such a doll. Shes so sweet & greets you when you walk in. I love their dog too hes like a big horsey. 😄

I cannot express enough how wonderful, friendly, and kind the entire staff at Brent Persons and Pain Management has been. For over a year now, they have provided me with exceptional care and support.

After reading some prior reviews, I must say that I believe it is rude to refer to them as "drug pushers" in any way. I have dealt with this facility for quite some time, and I feel that such comments are a bit out of line based on my experiences. I just wanted the public to know the truth about the care I have received.

While I can agree that communication can be challenging at times, as a business owner myself, I understand how catastrophic staffing shortages can be, especially since COVID. Despite those minor communication hiccups, I wholeheartedly give them a five-star rating because of the incredible service I have received.

The staff has gone above and beyond, battling with insurance companies and pharmacies to ensure I get the help I need. I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work. As someone who has dealt with chronic pain my entire life, I rely on medication to maintain a quality of life, and I make those choices willingly.

Every visit has been in a clean and welcoming facility, and I have always felt understood and cared for. I am so grateful for their support, especially during this holiday season. Thank you for everything you do, and happy holidays!

My 1st appointment with Dr.Persons I was very impressed with my visit I actually felt like a patient he took the time to listen to me and Answered all my questions Cameron from the front office was Amazing!!!! So sweet and attentive to my need for care and so much more.....Kari was Also So Amazing so friendly and Caring and So very understanding in every way So Greatful for finding All of them If you Want Great care in every way Come see them So Glad I did.

I just recently joined with Persons In Pain due to Apex recently closing. I've been to a handful of pain clinics in town & so far, this is the best one I've been to. They're all super friendly & unlike other places, my visit doesn't take an hour or more. I really appreciate this place & their whole team! 💯🤖🦾🦾🦾

As a nurse needing to establish care, I would not recommend this office. Only had one appointment. The nurse and doctor were genuinely concerned about my care and were very nice. Communication or there lack of was other issue. Not answering calls, having to go in person to talk to the front desk, then told to text, when I texted after not getting a call I was now texting excessively? Can't have it both ways with this office. The excuse was that I didn't get a call back earlier was due to personal family issues with the doctor. Didn't seem to sound like this would impact a call. I waited close to a month for a referral they probably forgot to put in for me. I waited several weeks but one day of texting back and forth (hence why I asked them to call) turned into no longer being a patient after one visit? Strange to be told over a text. Go somewhere else. Sorry they felt offended but I had to advocate for myself once again. The process was poor, nothing personal.

After visiting more than 3 pain management doctors, who all just wanted to burn my nerves instead of listening to what I've been through, I finally was able to get an appointment with Dr. Persons. I've not experienced the kind of compassionate and straightforward help I got here anywhere else. They're a small team making a huge impact on people's lives. I really didn't think I'd ever find a team who actually genuinely cares about their patients with my experiences so far, You value forever patients and see how rewarding that is to your practice. This is what makes you stand out. If you decide to give Dr. Persons a chance just understand you gotta be patient, they're a small team doing what they can so bare with them.

DR Brent and kari are simply amazing. They were the first to believe and actually TREAT my pain. They're always so kind easy to work with and they always listen to anything I have to say. They have literally given me my life back. Couldn't see myself going anywhere else.
