I am a psychiatrist with my own private practice. I have struggled to find a tax service to handle my financial needs for man years. In fact I even had my taxes incorrectly filed by an accountant at one point that resulted in me owing a large sum to the IRS a year later with a bunch of fines and interest attached. Pinnacle Tax Services has therefore been a breath of fresh air. From the beginning they were highly professional and competent. Plus they approached my financial situation with empathy and warmth. Following the initial consultation, things moved along smoothly. They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls and handle paperwork electronically, which makes everything very efficient and easy. Their prices are reasonable for the level of expertise they offer and you get a whole team that collaboratively works for you. I would recommend them to anyone without blinking an eye. The financial world can be scary, particularly to a doctor like me who's spent most of his life focusing on medical skills instead of business skills so I sleep better at night knowing they have my back. I have been with Pinnacle Tax since 2019 and constantly refer my colleagues to them, many of whom are now their clients as well.

Ive been with Pinnacle for two years now and I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Robert and Danny always make sure my taxes are in order for my wife and I as well as for my S-Corp. I am definitely a rookie when it comes to owning my own business so I do lean on them a lot for advice and I can call/text Danny anytime and he always gets right back to me. My 2015 Tax return was especially important since I haven't been working as consistently as in the past. They fought for every penny on my return, so I'm extremely thankful that they took the time to take good care of me. They also do not charge me as much as some previous Accounting Firms. I had an appointment with a certain Hayk. Really rude person: (1) As soon as I arrived in the office, he started to talk to me in an aggressive way arguing I did not take his calls. I was really surprised because I had already confirmed the appointment and he called me about 20 minutes before, while I was in the car, the reason why I did not take his calls; (2) That day I had my shoes little bit dirty because I was in rush to arrive on time at the appointment. Hayk looked at my shoes and then looked at me in a really disgusted way, like if I were the worse person in the universe; (3) When we finally started the meeting he asked me for tax return of the previous year, I started to look for it in my file folder and after one minute, he said in a really hangry way "hurry up, I do not want waste my time with you"; (4) When he started to look at my documentation he said some suspicious things, I had the impression he was not really expert in filing tax return for J1 visa holder and for foreign people.

I would not hire this kind of person for something important like filing tax return. Stay away from this place.
