My significant other and I recently moved to Colorado from Washington State, and the experience was a whirlwind. With just one week in an Airbnb before he started his new job, we were urgently searching for our first place to rent together. He had mostly owned homes before, while I had only rented apartments. We began our search immediately, using Trulia and Zillow to view properties, and anxiously awaited responses from property management companies. Unfortunately, many took days to get back to us, offering viewings weeks away. Some required excessive information just to schedule a viewing, and others had so many hidden fees that we lost interest. We also encountered several "self-tours" where the door was unlocked remotely, or group tours where we had to view the property with others unexpectedly. To add to our frustration, some property managers were late without notice, and a few even stood us up entirely. After three days of jumping through hoops and having our time disrespected, we felt discouraged, and time was running out.

Then, we found a property managed by Pioneer Property Management and reached out. Kristen Franzen promptly contacted us and arranged a private viewing. She asked a few reasonable screening questions and arrived at the property ahead of schedule. Kristen was friendly, professional, and answered all of our many questions. She communicated with us throughout the entire process, which really put our minds at ease. Kristen was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get us into our new home.

She was the only person out of many who met us in person, respected our time, and kept us informed. There were no hidden fees, and everything was straightforward and efficient. Unlike other companies with complicated and intrusive application processes, Pioneer Property Management made things easy. Kristen was a breath of fresh air to work with, and we have no concerns about any potential future issues because she has proven to be readily available and responsive.
