I moved into my unit on July, 2024. Management was nice enough, but once I paid the deposit & lease was signed, they told me the unit had been treated for pests and anything from that point on would be my responsibility. I thought fair enough. But once I moved my belongings in & wanted to take my kids outside, I realized there were a few wasp nests in the carport. And not long after that, all the roaches, crickets and spiders began coming out of its cracks. Recently with the cold weather, we began getting mice. I reached out to management & told them I had managed to catch 4 but with the poor foundation of the house, they kept getting inside. She said it was the tenants responsibility, but I could still try putting in a maintenance request.
The foundation of the house is so bad, you could press on the wall and it would bend like cardboard. The walls also MOVED… I discovered this one day when my toddler fell against his bedroom wall while playing and the wall shook.. door frame and all.
When I moved in, there was a lot of trash around the property (two duplexes that sit across from each other) yet I was told to clean up the outside once, or I’d be given a notice. This was while I was pregnant, I guess they felt I was the right person to clean up after the other tenants.
I eventually fell behind on rent because I had my baby on 11/27 & was out of work or any type of assistance for 6 weeks. I asked if we could work out a payment agreement, which they understandably declined, but what irked me is, I owed $1300 in rent. They served a notice saying I owed $1683. When I asked why am I being charged more rent, they referred me to the ledger. Here’s what’s more interesting.. my final court date was on 1/22 & I was evicted. But they renewed my lease and are still charging me rent… these people are dishonest and unorganized .

I have rented from this company for over 16 months, I have never had an issue with maintenance or weird charges. The office is pleasant to speak with and easy to work with .I find if you just take the time to listen to Shellie or John when you have leasing issues or with maintenance they will always find your answers for you . I recently had the main line in my unit replaced and due to time of year and the large job I had to be understanding with maintenance as well as sometime even small jobs have to have owner approval from my understanding. If there is ever any questions about my rent or my charges I find a call or a text will at least get the ball rolling to get the information I need. .

I would never rent from them ! I’ve been renting from them for one month now and it has been hell the entire time ! When I did the walk though I pointed out things that still needed repair and they informed me that there were still being work done to the house and that it would be done before I moved in. They gave me the keys and I moved in on July 1 and nothing was fixed, but I had already paid my deposit and first months rent so now here it is a month later and nothing has been fixed. There are several holes in the walls from the last tenant. places on the wall, where they tried to repaint, but it’s not the same color paint. The toilet was broken When I moved in, the refrigerator was broken and the dishwasher. Now that I already signed my lease and paid my deposit they’re telling me that they don’t actually own my house so they can’t do those type of repairs so I gotta pay $1400 in rent a month to sit here and look at this raggedy house. I WILL NEVER EVER deal with these people after this 12 months is up !

Don’t rent from this company. They have a fee for everything, even if you pay with the money order. Fees are not consistent and are automatically added and if you try to negotiate or if something was done an error or out of miscommunication, you were just out of luck. You will pay for any maintenance. Please consider other options before making your final decision!!!!

I will not ever recommend them to anyone. I was told that they was going to renew my lease and the they gave me 30days to vacate property. And when I put in application for other house they gave a negative response that was not true. And now trying to charge me almost 7grand in damage that was there before I moved in. And I feel that they are racist because the kicked out all the people that was black or mixed. And I paid my rent on time every month.

They are the worst they make up fees. NEVER FIX ANYTHING. DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE! YOU SEE THAT SIGN RUN!!! Glad I found a new home ❤️ Worst three years. Mold under the house making us sick . They said they would fix . Electric box hanging off the roof by a hanger . They said they would get to it .

Shellie, our property manager is amazing! We have had some issues come up in our current rental home, with our previous property managers with PMI, our issues were not fully addressed or taken care of.
