We found it!!!!!! This place is PERFECT in every way. Cheri from Premier Property Management has been terrific to work with. Any little items that needed attention were dealt with promptly, and it is so much appreciated. We arrived at the most beautiful place and have been here five days already, and it's been SUPERB!

We signed a lease with a PPM property and were extremely excited to be a tenant. Our lease started a few weeks prior to our arrival to Naples. We had paid the first month rent, security deposit, and last month rent as required, and we had all utilities and rental insurance set up. We received welcome letters, access code to the house, and were fully ready to move in to our new home when we arrived to the area. Two weeks later when we were fully packed and en route moving to Naples, we get a call from Andrea, our leasing agent, to inform us that they have just realized that the previous tenant has not moved out yet, and we no longer had access to the property. (Mind you, there is a mandatory cleaning fee and lock change fee attached to the lease, which clearly did not happen as no one realized that the previous tenant did not leave when their lease was up, and they gave us full access to the property). Lucky for us that we were moving in weeks later than the lease start date or else we would have walked into an apartment that was occupied!

PPM did try to offer properties that were available in a similar area with a lease start of 2 months later or properties that were miles away with a higher rent. On our own, we found an apartment with a different trusted company and were promised a full refund from PPM in the next 24hrs maximum. Unfortunately, and very on par for this company it seems, they could not get it together to have our check ready. We had to go in person to the office, asked to speak to the manager which was denied, and was told to come back in a few hours and the check would be ready. Finally at the end of the day, we were issued the refund check and were left with the words, “I’m so glad this worked out” ……… did it work out? For whom? We were left without the apartment that we chose and paid for, received access to, and then were homeless for several days before we self-provided a solution. I suppose you could say that it worked out..
