My wife and I rented a property from them. When we did the walk through the lady said don’t worry about writing all the stuff needed. We had to complete clean the full inside and outside of house. When we moved out about 3 months early we found someone to rent the house. Fast forward over 4 years later. They want almost $5000 for fees. Cleaning, yard, back rent. They rented it out less then a month later. They kept out deposit plus a months rent. Stay away from this company and the lady that runs it. Dishonest and criminal.

Leuri, I am afraid you have me confused for who I believe are the tenants that moved in after me. I moved out in 2022, had no issues with hot water, and do not recognize most of the claims you make as having happened during my time on that property. This coupled with the mistaken timeline on your part means that there must be some confusion. To be quite fair, my roommates and I had little to no issues with the property itself. It was a lovely house. Our issue was completely and entirely with the management, and the gross mismanagement of timely communication, lease renewal information, and unprofessional issue . I’d be happy to air my dirty laundry over the internet, as you seem prone to do, but am happy to simply leave this be. I have no connection with you anymore, and am content to have learned from your mistakes and take incredible care in screening any future property management companies I may work through in the future. Thank you for all you taught me! I’ve learned much about the legal rights protecting tenants, information I doubt I would have had to learn without your practical tutelage. To those considering this company, be ye warned. As the eagle outreaches the fly, so too does Leuri Zibetti, and by extension, Presidio Property Management transcend normal levels of woe. It was bad. Simply, bad.

They ignored a broken lock on the front door for over a week, had us replace it and cut copies of the key with no reimbursement. They have threatened to lock us out of the apartment over issues that were their fault. They regularly miss emails with important information. Upon move out, they nickel and dimed us, took about two months to get the security deposit paperwork back to us. They are willfully negligent at every turn and I have the receipts to prove it, if they ever want to talk.

Addition- Presidio claims we replaced the lock without permission. That is not true. Our lock broke, the locksmith they sent didn’t fix it. We notified them that it wasn’t fixed and heard nothing back for over a week. They then said the lock wasn’t theirs and I would have to replace it out of pocket. It was after that when I replaced the lock, got a key copy for them and coordinated the pickup of the copy. They didn’t pick up the copy for five months and then threatened to lock us out of our apartment, all because they failed to pick the copy up five months prior.

As for the deposit, after not receiving it we notified them that we would be giving them a Tenants Request for Deposit Return Deposition. It is a right of all tenants to give this paperwork to a landlord that has passed the 30 days to return the deposit. Apparently the exercising of our legal rights was deemed a threat. We are not pursuing any legal action yet Leuri has cut all communication and insists we talk to her attorney. The attorney is not responding either. Looks like a tactic to delay and intimidate tenants to me.

Go see Jacob Smith’s review. To add - The broke lock situation was from November to May… We were asking them to replace the lock over Christmas and the coldest months of the year… nothing. Then a letter saying the locksmith didn’t find a problem other than the lock and key weren’t a match. 🤦‍♀️ Because we had just had a baby and like hell I was going to allow us to be without a lock on the damn door for over a month - I asked my husband fix it himself because it had been over 3 damn weeks and I was newly post partum with a child. Their response is completely absent of any type of consideration for how we felt in the moment. Don’t rent from them!

Leuri is the most knowledgeable, reliable and resourceful property manager I’ve ever known! As someone that works with several real estate agents, property managers and businesses I can confirm that she takes pride in her work and in taking care of each property as if it was her own! I have referred her to friends and they are very happy with the service!

Please do not work with them.
They will trick you, will use you and lie to you.
Has been incredibly disgusting to work with them. I had to put a lawer to finish my lease and get my money back. You can’t trust them as a owner or renter.
Leuri, the so called manager, is disrespectful, rude and extremely unpleasant person to deal with. She has 0 tolerance and patience to people. I’m not sure how such a person can be allowed to be dealing with people.
Make sure you stay away from this company.

Absolute bs to deal with constantly! They don’t care about you or your living situation! All they want is your money. I would avoid any property with them attached to it. Our house has had problems for over a year and now additional problems with absolutely no help! STAY AWAY

I would post zero stars if I could. This business is deceitful and dishonest. The property isn’t well maintained. Our unit was “newly remodeled” and upon move in we had issues with almost every appliance that took weeks to fix. There was also a layer of dust from construction on all the floors and in the AC vent. We were told the filter would be replaced and it never was. Upon move out we cleaned the unit to be in better shape than we found it including shampooing the carpets. We were charged absorbent amounts from our deposit and the communication from the manager was delayed and rude. The manager is extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and difficult to deal with. As a property owner I was hoping to connect with a management company for my own home, but this is clearly not the one. Which can be seen in many other reviews. You will surely regret working with this company in any capacity.
