EDIT TO THE RESPONSE FROM PRIME:
I have been cc-ing prime on all correspondence with the individual who is considered the property manager. Also, the individual in question has been named as a co-owner on your website.

I have also been instructed to go to your office to drop off money via the property manager. So I do apologize for being confused by your response. How can this company claim to have no responsibility with the management of my property when I must deliver checks to you, the person I am required to speak to is labeled as the co-owner of the business, and I am able to look up my account information to my property through your company's website?

In all honesty, I've been extremely disheartened by the response of this company, the lack of correspondence, as well as the empty promises of fixing the payment system. I just want to pay my bills.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I went to pay my management fees online only to find the website is down. No communication from PRIME about the issue at all. I originally reached out for assistance on November 6, was directed resend the email to the right person. I emailed the correct person on November 6, received an empty promise the issue would he fixed no later than November 11, and he has not returned any other correspondence. It is now November 19. I have emailed again, and will update if there is any reply. I have also tried calling to speak to someone in charge but they are always out of the office (this has occurred every time I have tried calling in the past 3 years).

I was promised no late fees verbally, but nothing in writing. I've had to drive down to drop off my check where they REFUSE TO WRITE RECEIPTS OF PAYMENT. I was told to "take a photo of my check as proof."

I will update my review if anything changes.

Every time I call, they do not answer or call me back. I rent a place out with family yet all the violations come in my name. They are not professional, they do not care about their tenenats, because if they did they would answer to their notices.
