A few things: first house I toured said that it was available now. All of the blinds were broken. The house has a bunch of missing lightbulbs and an entire cabinet was kicked in and was missing the center piece. It definitely needed to be cleaned as well. On top of that, I waited for over an hour for someone to provide me the access code.

I was willing to look past that first experience and give them another chance. I ended up Loving the second home. Saw that it was listed on Zillow and that it took Zillow applications so I paid the fees And applied. After several days of no response, I called and they said that was an error on their end and that they don’t accept Zillow applications. Before submitting the application and paying the fees, I was in a back-and-forth conversation with the assistant and mentioned I was applying on Zillow and never did she mention that they don’t accept Zillow applications. Zillow does not refund for this reason and they are not willing to refund the $105 I paid in application fees Even though it was their error.

I would strongly not recommend them.

One of Bret's employees damaged our property and neither Bret nor his employee will take responsibility. Each says the other is at fault. Bret has known about the issue for weeks and yet never reached out to us or provided us with a satisfactory resolution. Other than a phone number for someone who does not speak English and won't return calls, Bret has not provided me with any other contact information for the non-English speaking employee he claims is responsible. I have several rental units that I manage and would never consider Prime Time Property Management to assume responsibility for managing any of my properties. Find someone responsible, not Prime Time.

Bret claims: " I also have text messages from you stating that you have communicated with the responsible person." This is partially true and I edited my review. I sent that person a text and he said to contact his boss, Bret. That's the only communication I have from him. Bret has a nice story here. He blames the "lawn service" (a guy with a lawn mower that Bret hired). I stand by my generous one-star review. I don't recommend doing business with someone as dishonest as Bret.

Bret is awesome to work with. He responds quickly to texts and emails. He gives great advice on staging your home. Working with him made the selling process a breeze. I felt like Bret put a lot of effort into helping us get the best price for our home. He helped us know when to walk away from offers, when to counter offer and when to accept. I would definitely recommend Bret to you because he was a great resource through the entire selling process. (Plus, he's super funny and who doesn't like to laugh?)
