I am a widow and a senior citizen who stupidly bought a townhouse managed by PPM. I planted a shrubbery, the kind you see on Mesa Road. PPM wrote me up and then hired a law firm and then debited $545 from my bank account, for THEIR lawyer. My bank determined this was fraud and put my money back, I now pay my dues with money orders, do not let them auto draft your account for any reason. They charge us $15 if we pay our dues without using their portal as an incentive to get your bank account information so they can also draft it for their lawyers. They charge you $50 to see a water bill. I objected to an unnecessary expenditure of $4000 for "landscaping" recently and was sent a statement saying I owed over $300 and a large woman named Jamie Allen shoved me with her chest when I tried to find out the name of the contractor. Yes, I called the police, it was disgusting. She actually charged me like a bull. I recorded this and put it on YouTube.
This company deserves the lowest rating possible. Picture is of the shrubbery PPM called a lawyer on and then billed ME. It's a bonsai species that will never grow taller, just like the ones on Mesa.

Not impressed. HOA premiums have doubled since they've taken over...

Update in regards to owners response: I am familiar with how the boards work. They also rely heavily on the property management company. Its one of the reasons we pay for one.

While Priority was running it, it was like they were gouging for insurance or were getting kick back for insurance and did not adequately pursue quotes.

Further, repairs were claimed to have been done and never accomplished. Owner was combative and not helpful at all.

Do not buy property associated with Priority property management. Their rating clearly represents how this association represents the community. I mean, this association is great if you like horrible customer service, endless HOA fee increases, and predatory tow companies (collins towing) harassing your community.

This is a valid complaint and has been filed with the BBB with supporting documents, I have Also filed a complaint with the CMCA regarding Jamie Allen’s actions.

The situation is my house flooded with over an inch of standing water in my down stairs causing major water damage. I called the emergency line of PPM in a panic because this has happened before from roofing negligence.

Jamie Allen (claims to be the owner of PPM and falsely uses the CMCA certification and is not registered in the CMCA system) was combative, abusive, manipulative and down right disrespectful over the phone when I called the emergency phone line (this isn’t the first time she’s been like this and I have A witness this time) she raised her voice at me spoke over me and said she had no time line of when she could help me.

I took Matters into my own hands as soon as we hung up and went to insurance, plumbers, contractors and mitigation on my own to get the ball moving and I absolutely refused to take help from Jamie because she scared me and I did not feel safe working with her on the matter.

She randomly added a $300 charge labeled “2hour phone call” onto my portal account because she simply wanted to charge me for the emergency phone call, which only regarded my emergency situation at 5:30 am. Our call was less than 10 mins (I have proof) and I responded to one text she sent me at 7:12 am. She said she had the authority to charge for after hours calls and said her reasoning was because I wasted her time, I proceeded to ask for highlighted proof from the declarations stating she can charge me for this and she back stepped and said she had to double check with her attorney that she has the authority.

She is argumentative and abuses her authority for personal gain. There is no proof in any of my HOA documents or declarations that state “PPM charges $300 for emergency phone calls and text messages after hours” she said the “board” agrees with her and that only they have the authority to remove the charge (this doesn’t align with her stating her authority to do it) if everyone on the board is apart of PPM why wouldn’t they side with her, also how can I be sure she’s being honest with them about the matter when she’s constantly lying to me. (I have Email proof)

I pay $180 a month for them to not even do any routine maintenance (my house flooded last year from neglected maintenance, it was deemed unsafe for my contractor to go up there because of bare shingles and missing flashes, and Jamie said they don’t have any routine maintenance policies they just go and look at the properties but don’t maintenance them, I have email proof her stating this as well), snow removal (I’ve shoveled my own snow too many times to count over the years when removals should’ve been done) or even respond professionally to an email. What is my money being used for?

I did not go through PPM for the repairs this time, (she didn’t charge me $300 last time) I called The emergency line and was on for a total of 10 mins asking for assistance and I decided to go my own route instead. Why is there monetary consequences for this and why aren’t they in the declaration? If they’re aren’t in the declaration you can not charge me.

There is not documents to support her random charges and she refuses to provide proof after I have asked for it in every email I have sent her regarding this matter.

The HOA declarations has not been changed since may of 2006, and I’ve read them cover to cover trying to find where it states this. She has yet to provide supporting documents to me (there are none)

This is the worst property management company I have ever worked with, Jamie should not be an employee here, and is abusing her authority and her community for monetary gain.

At the board meeting it came to my attention PPM created a contract march 2024 backdated to January 5th with this $150 per hour after calls emergency fee, mind you this contract was not present until 03/05

This company will do anything they can to get out of taking ownership of their actions.

This company is the absolute worst. No help from them whatsoever. Have a concern? It doesn’t matter. Need help? You don’t exist. They’re snow removal is a complete joke. I’ve had to shovel my own walk for 3 years! I had a legitimate safety concern I ran by them, and got completely ignored. Absolutely no phone or email communication at all. But they are quick to complain about a burned out light bulb. If you have a friend or family visiting, the guest parking is a complete joke. Especially with a predatory tow company. Their HOA dues increase often. And you can forget about anything being done by them. To sum it up, a complete garbage company that just takes your money! If you are considering getting a home with them, run away!

Priority Property Management is one of the most irresponsible and disgusting companies I have ever dealt with in my life. Constant HOA increases, failure to follow through in literally anything and rude employees. Predatory towing though Collins towing, inability to get consistent trash service and surprise fees for concrete work that should be included in the HOA. It gets worse every year.

I was paying $112/month for HOA in 2019. These scam artists just boosted HOA to $245/month here in 2023. That is basically 1/4 of my actual mortgage rate. This HOA does not do anything with the funds to improve the community whatsoever. We are organizing the legal docs required to dissolve this HOA. Do NOT purchase a home within this community, especially veterans.

Update: Luckily PPM no longer manages our HOA. Jamie Allen and all of the staff there behave like barely educated high school children and interact with residents the same. PPM just copies and pastes responses to all the bad reviews telling everyone they just don't know how a HOA operates.

All of the bad reviews are just a conspiracy right? If PPM starts covering your HOA, run far away.

Worst HOA to deal with. I wish I read reviews. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
UPDATE: They changed their name, so lets see how this goes, current HOA Fees $245 as of January.
ROADS ARE HORRIBLE, POTHOLES EVERYWHERE.
