I had to rent a house remotely due to circumstances and guys answered all my questions really quick, were always in touch, patient and polite, provided me with details about house and shown it online.
Application review, including background check and communication with previous landlords took around 1 week that from my perspective pretty fast.
I still get really quick reply in case of any questions which is nice. I can say that everything is great with cooperation so far.

Read the reviews before working with this company. Extremely disappointing for first timers. I applied in hopes for a rental house just to find out someone had already bought it. After 2 weeks of waiting for a back and forth response it was a waste of time and $70 to not be helped in any way other than a text message and a do not reply email. Most of the contact was made with my husband and not the me, a female, for some odd reason. No one will answer the phone or return voicemails. Both properties I applied for appear to still be available online even tho they state they are not available. They should have never accepted our application/payments if these homes were in the process of payment or pending. They should have also taken the offers down online so others do not apply making the same mistake as us.

Worst place you can rent from! Unprofessional, unreliable, and flat out scheming LIARS. We rented a house from them for two and a half years and never had a late payment or problem of any kind. Over the last six months we were robbed, broken into and had property stolen. Now I know this isn’t something they could’ve prevented but we let them know each time it happened with call after unanswered calls, voice mails and even showing up at their office many times. We made police reports and gave them all the case numbers and information. After the third incident we let them know we wanted to move out and asked if they could find us another house within their properties so we could transfer the contract or come to some sort of agreement to which not one but two employees said it was understandable and they were willing to work with us. Well no one ever got back with us about that and when incidents kept happening and having two kids one of them a little baby and my husband working nights we decided to start looking somewhere else. We really feared for the safety of our family. Again I called and called and left so many voicemails that went unanswered but we thought that they were clear on us wanting to move out and they had given us the okay to do that. Well after I wrote an email to a woman named Kaeyla, she informed me there was no record of us ever letting management know about what was going on and said we’d be held liable for the remainder of the six months of rent and bills. I was so shocked and angry at their unprofessionalism, like it was our fault that no one had written anything down! Regardless we agreed to meet in person and put the house on the market, and start scheduling showings hoping someone would rent it as soon as possible. In that meeting I asked if we would get our deposit back given the situation, to which she said and I quote, “the new tenants will have to be in there for a whole month before we can return your deposit” which at the time seemed fair to us. We spent days and night cleaning everything, touching up the paint, mopping the floors and even had the carpet professionally cleaned. At the final walk through I again asked a guy named Johnathan if he thought we would get all of our deposit back to which he said “yes the house looks great I don’t see any deductions being made” Thankfully the house was rented at the beginning of February and we had paid until the end of January and even paid the first week of February because the new tenants were not moving in until the 8th, I believe. So there was never a time in which the house was not occupied, and they had continuous rent income from that property. Despite all the miscommunication from their end and the scary moments and sleepless nights from the incidents, we did everything by the book to leave on good terms with this company so we could use them for reference in the future. Everything was fine until I called about a month and a half later asking about the deposit and Johnathan actually said to me “I know I saw the check with your name on it around here, let me check if it hasn’t been mailed yet”. Another week or two passed and again I called and now it was a new lady who’s name I can’t remember saying she’d have to call me back because she didn’t see in our file anything about them returning our deposit. When she retuned the call she said that she had gone through our file and because we had ended our contract early they didn’t have to return our deposit, and she didnt see any notes stating otherwise. I let her know that TWO people had told us we would be given that deposit back to our face several times to which she replied, “well if you read your contract it says that verbal agreements will not be honored.” I told her again that it wasn’t our fault no one had written that down in our file and that they should honor the word of their two employees to which she said one of them didn’t work there. Lesson learned to say the least! This company does not care about you, hopefully this will help someone stir clear away from them.
