Received a phone call from Jackie who sounds like a man. Or Jack trying to sound like a female. Anyhow, Jackie called and as I answered immediately said,"This call is monitored and recorded."
"I said perfect because I'm doing the same." Jackie said, If she can speak with ?." I asked for Jackie's name again and what this is regarding. Jack replied,"This is a personal matter."
I said,"You're calling my personal number so then I need your name and what company you're calling from because this is like 5 times I've gotten these calls."
This B had the nerve to say,"Well if it's not the right number maybe you shouldn't be answering the phone then"
I am hoping that it recorded me calling her a COONT, Yes, I called her or it the C-Word. No way it's trying to get info,regardless if it's the wrong number. At least be courteous and understand people don't like being harassed. Especially while having quiet time.
Then I call back and spoke with Patty who said she would send me to Escalation Dept. I waited for about 4 to 5 minutes...and then once "Escalation Dept" answered they immediately hung up. Really...
I called back and spoke with Valerie and asked for Escalation Dept and Valerie said they have no Escalation Dept for complaints. Maybe a supervisor.
Sure why not, let's speak to a supervisor.
Speaking with Valerie for several more minutes but no supervisor was "answering her request to speak with me." They should call tomorrow to talk about it. But,she kept trying to ask for info; birthday & reference #. I said again for the 3rd or 4th time. I have no business with you and furthermore, I don't have debt because I pay everything cash.
Yes,I got it like that. But sometimes that's not good because you need a card to pay for things at some places.
Again, supervisors or Escalation Dept. or whoever in charge of the callers and sometimes harrassers!!! Teach them how to be respectful. They act like it's coming out of their paycheck if they don't find the person they're seeking. Besides, you guys buy the debt for not even half the debt yet want the full debt plus some. Stop scamming the people. They're already hurting as it is and you still want to con them into paying you triple what you paid for the debt.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I have been asking for itemized statements from them since October 2023 and I keep getting the run around and incomplete information. How are you saying someone owes a certain amount of money and not provide FULL documentation. Instead this company likes to play games and report you to the credit agencies without providing ANY proof. The way they handle business seems very fraudulent. The WORST company I've ever dealt with. I am not paying a cent until I have PROOF of what I allegedly owe. Do better and stop taking advantage of people!

This RIDICULOUS company is trying to say I owe over 12,000 dollars but CANT & WONT tell me even what this bill is for!?!? This "BILL" is from 2019 they say but I know it's not a hospital bill, haven't been to a hospital. Don't owe one penny to anyone! This company is the very WORST!

How this joke of a company that just rips people off, is not even BBB accredited is allowed to handle sensitive info and report to Credit agencies and destroy peoples credit is beyond me. While actively working on my credit i got smacked with nearly 100 point drop over a hospital xray! All because these people are lazy dont care to do their job and just report on u. All they had to do was call me. Never did they make an attempt to notify me before taking such actions. I CALLED THEM when i found out. All they had to do was call my damn insurance, they would then find out radiology bills seperate and asked my insurance to cover that aswell. Nope, bunch lazy people, joke of a company, someone needs to shut them down. Nearly 100 point drop over a $600 picture, yup u read that right!

Pomona hospital sold my bill to progressive management I didn’t know anything about it they never sent me a bill I I have insurance retired with congestive heart failure my credit rating when down 35 points not fair I talk to my counselor member and my lawyer. This story continues crooks

My experience with them says that they are the artists of manipulation. Demand letter was dated 12-15-2023 and i received it after christmas. Their demand letter was for same dispute and account number that was sent to me last year by USCB america and i had disputed that by certified mail on 08-29-2023. More over their demand letter said that they are not licensed but application is submitted. The forms of both progressive management and another collection agency look the same and for same disputed account and appear to be same companies and should be verified especially when they say that they are not licensed.
Law should be modified that all demand letters must be mailed by registered mail and signatures required and envelope must be stamped for date. They all wish that public does not dispute the demand letter and thus default so they can put liens on your account and make collection.
All documents are saved and are with us and our estate lawyer.
We should all get together and complain to the attorney general and or city attorney online.
Anyone who finds out that progressive and other collection agency are run by same company, please post and ask them to send you the retainer agreement from the collector company.
