I don’t actually give reviews very often. We live in the south for almost 2 years. Pure property management used to be owned by Kentucky property management. It has been nothing but awful since the day moved in. We put a work request for things that are broken and they never get fixed as you could see in the pictures.
The vent system caused back up into our house And it was not vented properly, so it would make our house smell like raw sewage constantly. We put in work request and nothing will get fixed. For the vent pipe, they shoved a rag in there as you can see in the picture. At one point, our basement flooded with raw sewage, and they never sanitized it . They sent out a person to suck up the water and that was it ruining a lot of our personal effects. We had a leaky roof as you seen in the picture.
We gave a 30 day notice and as soon as we gave the 30 day notice, they started threatening us And blaming it on the landlord instead of taking responsibility for the management company they have. They charge you to pay rent, they charge you a $50 admin fee for which they cannot explain.
Just beware before you do any business with this company. This company is Crooked and are not there for the tenants.

So far I have had a good experience during the application process. I went and viewed the home I was interested in which is listed at a very reasonable price. The home is perfect for what my family needs. I've been communicating with Dharma Aranda and she's been nice and responding back to me. I'm hopeful I'll have a good experience once I move in.

If I could give negative stars i would! This company is a bunch of crooks! Be for warned! I had checked the properties and only found one decent enough to consider the be rented. The pictures online offer a false idea of the properties. I checked multiple and they all needed extensive repairs. I know the property states as is, but I'm afraid the repairs are needed for a safety concern and they might charge you for said repairs when you leave. I had checked several properties within a few days, and after applying to a property within the week and paying the application fee, they removed the property from the rental listing sites and said it was unavailable to be leased. They then began to tell me now that I applied to that property even though it isn't available, I cant get my application/pet fees returned! $180 wasted that I'm sure they scammed anyways. Please save yourself the trouble and do not use them for property leasing! I was able to find brand new housing for less than what they offer that does not require good credit.
