Purple Square operates many Take 5 oil change locations. I had my vehicle serviced at their location on Curryford in Orlando and the tech damaged my car.

My car was unable to be driven back home.

The tech initially refused to elevate the issue. I finally got to speak to a manager who came from another location. One oil change turned into three with the problem not being fixed.

Take 5 assured me that my vehicle would be fixed by their mechanic. I spoke to another manager the same day. Quickly, my calls stopped being responded to until I received a call that the issue couldn’t have been caused by their tech.

I had a service shop perform an inspection and confirmed a relatively simple repair was needed to fix the issue clearly caused during the service. I’ve reached out to Take 5 numerous times to no avail.

This company only returned my calls once my insurance was contacted. The entire process was shady business from the start.

330 W Fletcher Dunkin’ donuts has terrible manager over and over again. Overcharging customers. Refuse to remake messed up drinks. The only bright spot about this location is the employee Jen who is consistently giving 5 star service no matter what. She’s energetic, enthusiastic and the only positive energy in this store. I’ve gotten coffee here consistently for 3 years. If Jen isn’t there, expect a bad day.

Absolutely the worst upper management in the world. They don't care about store cleanliness at all. As long as they make money they're good. It's horrible when as a night shift leader you see bugs crawling out of a machine and your told for two years it'll be replaced. I felt like I couldn't work there anymore due to no higher ups ever caring. They don't want to clean but they want pictures of things at certain times to send to their higher ups to make it seem like everything is ok. No purple square, it's not okay. Y'all are nasty, disgusting people.

This company owns a new Popeyes location 1050 Ridgeland Dr. in Alpharetta . This is a brand new Popeyes location . The staff is rude, the food is disgusting. What a terrible experience. They need better staff! I will be coming back here again! Terrible stay away!

Seems to me all the Clearwater
stores are going down fast. Two DD'S I patronize on a daily basis; either don't have the ingredients needed to make Caramel Iced Lattes or the ice machine is not working or the expresso machine isn't working for three days in the Missouri Ave, Clearwater store. Sand Key store has a really nice manager, Keishel.

The way they run their stores is appalling. Clueless if you ask me, the local Dunkin near me is a dumpster fire of cleanliness and affective management. I’ll be checking what stores they run to avoid them all.

the dunkin donuts on ridge and 19 in newport richey I do not know what you got working there but rude !!!!!!!!!!!!! everytime i go its either wrong burnt not toasted its horrible And the so called manager Alisa is the rude person there is and i do not know how she got to be a managerIve been in customer swervice for years I would never speak to a customer like that, You dont like your job then quit

Everyone at Purple Square Management has always been very nice and professional every time I work with them! Which is multiple times a week! A very nice company !
