Currently I'm a tenant at a flat Realty manages. We have been having an issue with an underfloor leak, with groundwater seeping into our bedroom causing mould and damp.
This has been going on for the past 50+ days. Initial assements told us not to sleep in the room especially because I suffer with asthma. Realty have been glacial in getting us help on this issue. Our communication has been ignored, anything we do hear is second hand and we have no timline or resolution. We've been sleeping in our living room since the issue started giving us very little privacy. Our mental health is affected, our sleep is affected. Our goodwill in Realty fixing this is being abused and I have no faith that Realty care about the people in their buildings, let alone wany to help them

STAY AWAY from any property managed by these guys. I live in Grove House in Manchester and my experience has been hell. From insect infestation, to appalling security (Gate always left wide open, dummy/non-functioning cameras), windows without frames, incessant cases of theft due to poor security, damp, horrible waste management, and the list goes on....
To make matters worse, residents of the building have complained endlessly but guess what, Realty doesn't give a hoot about our ordeal.

It's so unfortunate. If you want to live in a comfortable home then STAY AWAY FROM REALTY MANAGED HOMES.

It seems that all the reviews are from people who live at Brittania, may I be one of, if not the only one to leave a review from the poplars in Whalley range. We have a serious damp issue, as do lots of other people in the building.
We are have been getting fobbed off for weeks! my daughter is now having to sleep in the living room as the damp is turning the walks black . We are a one bedroom apartment instead of a two ! We have dehumidifiers running constantly to help take the damp away !
As an award winning self proclaimed company for the people can we please get this sorted out! I’ve left two stars only in the hope they can be improved!

We can only commend Anj on his ability to manage his multi-faceted role at Britannic Park with such professionalism. He continuously goes above and beyond and makes what must certainly be a challenging, demanding role at times, along with a building full of such diverse personalities, appear fluidly easy. We have lived at Britannic Park for more than 5 years, and since Anj began his role as building manager and concierge he has stood out and continued to impress with his ability to handle queries, security and parking issues, concierge services and building/facilities management and quickly troubleshoot any issues... always with what seems like effortless grace, his affable personality and professional manner. My husband and I have been tenants at Britannic Park for 12 months. During this time we have been really happy with the management overall. The building and grounds are very well looked after. Remedial works have been attended to in good time and safely. The Concierge, Anj has been superlative in his role, he is friendly and professional. He is easily contactable, responding quickly to requests, ensuring safety and security of deliveries too. Our tenancy has come to an end and we will retain happy memories of our year at Britannic Park.

We were tenants at Britannic Park and the site was well managed by Realty Management Ltd. Our Apartment complex was always neat and tidy and all the required repairs were done on time. Everything around Britannic Park was looked after by Anj. I can’t thank him enough, he’s been very helpful from the day we moved in till the day we left. He always kept everyone updated with the details and upkeep of the premises. My 7 Yr old enjoyed going to his desk and asking little questions every now and then. We had a positive experience living at Britannic Park. Thanks to the entire realty management team. 🙂

If you are living at britannic park, you can't say enought how much you are satisfied with there service. Especially the guy who manage the britannic park is professional and friendly. He did his job with devotion and manage everything perfectly.
