I should actually not give a star at all. This agency is fake. After booking a bus to Madurai they had simply disregarded us. Upon arrival at the bus-stand in Koyambedu they did not even come there and left us waiting for the bus until 02am. Had to pay for another bus and make the journey. The sad part is that the driver called us and said to wait in the bus-stand but never came to the bus-stand. Instead left us and drove away. NATIONAL TRAVELS, shame on whoever manages that travel agency. Very irresponsible. Above all, the red bus did not even consider refunding us and allegedly accusing us of missing the bus when we have clear proof of waiting for the bus. They play a cunning game. Perhaps giving our seat to another. First time it had happened to me and then on inquiry came to know from friends that this is happening now among some travel agency, specially booked through RED BUS. I usually don't leave negative remarks but in this circumstance I had no option but to leave this comment. Hope this reaches the authorities and kind advise for those who select such agencies. Do not risk yourself in selecting these travel agencies rather go for alternatives. Avoid paying full amount if possible in advance as they have the possibility to scam and then even have the courage not to offer a refund.

Dear RedBus Customer Support,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent cancellation of my bus service at the last minute. My booking details are as follows:

Booking ID: SRIOB5M443449

Travel Date: 9/11/2024 at 5:30 AM

Route: koyambedu chennai to Ulundurpet Toll Gate

Ticket Number: TTC219728120

I had carefully planned my journey, and a last-minute cancellation not only disrupted my schedule but also caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses. I was not given adequate time to make alternate arrangements, which is highly unacceptable.

That too being a woman along with senior citizen mother early in the morning around 5:30 am is my scheduled bus timing. But around bus operator contacted me at 5 am and told me bus is cancelled which is unacceptable.

I need an assistance which you can provide regarding additional expenses I incurred due to this abrupt change.I am ready to share the documents of my additional expenditure.Additionally, I urge you to review your policies on last-minute cancellations to ensure better customer service and prevent similar issues for future travelers.

Also I am requesting you to take a action on Sri auto travels for frequent cancellations from their end.

I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Bus service operators, bus drivers, driver assistants and redbus all are cheating gang. First sell ticket thru redbus app and sell the same ticket in offline also. Ignore and cheat that app booking customer simply as you are unable to reach at boarding point and get cash from off-line customer. 2 tickets money for a single ticket…. This is the cheating gang

I mistakenly booked in the wrong date and I am not allowed to cancel the ticket .
I had 4 hrs time for departure time and they didn’t accept cancellation.
