A company that is awful! For the third time I booked a business seat and the bus had only premium seats. They know you have no choices so, they do not care except for profit. They never answered my complaints.

A complete disaster. There are other Companies muuuch better. Be carefull, you pay for business, they send an old non business bus and to give you back the difference they offer a worthless voucher valid for 3 months. So basically they steel your money.

This is go be the last time the a take this piece garbage. The bus broke in sneak road. 3hrs for take us from there. We i come back the seats no have numbers you have to seat wherever. Always get full. And the price is high.

Carlos was an excellent driver from Miami to Fort Myers! He was a clear communicator and helpful with luggage.
I sat in first seat with carry on and would not recommend as it was too big for overhead and the space was tight between wall and seat as I had to cram bag and someone sat next to me. Next time I will pick a different seat or use a smaller bag.

Took multiple trips with red coach buses
And I will never want to again
The buses always late
And I mean hours late and even on being hours late the driver still always want to stop for gas
When I see other buses don’t have to stop for gas
They customer service don’t work either

Update: Originally gave one stare. But, a customer service rep did get in contact with me to apologize for the treatment I received. At the very least worth one more star.

Wow! This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with.

Long story short, we purchased a ticket for our friend, flying in from South America. She couldn't find the Red Coach bus stop at the airport. And, no one at the airport has ever heard of this operation. The bus' departure was at 6:45 a.m. We called the number provided on the website to get assistance. However, their answering machine indicates that no one answers the phone until 7:00 a.m. Our friend missed the bus.

I called "customer service" later in the morning, to ask about where this bus was at the airport. After explaining the situation to the Manager, I politely recommended that they really need to have someone answering phones at the times the buses are running, to assist customers. The Manager literally said, "Next time, maybe you need to tell your friend to follow directions, and be on time." What!!

This is probably one of the craziest interactions I've ever had with a company. From the sounds of their phone system, I'm guessing that this is being run out of someone's home. So, I don't think this is a legitimate bus operation.

90 minutes delay, the bus that arrived was anything except premium. Bad seats, dirty and no wifi. Expecting customer support to give me a full refund.
