Horrible bus service. They cancelled my bus with no notification, although their "bus tracker" said the bus was on time and no one responded to phone/whatsapp. They claimed I was contacted by email, but have not responded when I sent them pictures of my inbox clearly showing that I did not receive any email from them. If your trip goes well, consider yourself lucky. If you have any problems, you're on your own. They'll give you another bus ticket. Hopefully you didn't have anything important to do and live close to the bus stop.

Recommend Flixbus instead for the same destinations and less money.

I’m giving one star because I can’t give less. They lost my luggage 30 days ago, I am still waiting for a case number and a person to contact me about that. Any attempts to get info about my lost luggage via their customer service is a dead end. I got hung up on when I called. Ignored when I text messaged. I offered to drive to any place to get my luggage but they could not tell me 15 mns after I arrived where my luggage was. They’re good at sending surveys without addressing any concerns you bring up. Luggages get lost all the time and I’m fine with that. The treatment they give customers when it happens is totally under their control. Add to that unclean restrooms, morgue level cold AC, departures ahead of schedule, and unplanned layovers.

The bus is cold u freeze the entire ride they have no stop where u are able to grab anything to eat or snack on they do not communicate with u about anything dealing with your ride. Bus made two extra stops without telling us delayed the bus we have already been riding all this time they suck

Left 15 minutes before listed time. Driver looked and me and shook his finger. Very professional. If you like wasting your money this is the perfect opportunity. This isn’t the first occurrence. Not using this company again.

I recently rode on this bus service twice. The first time was on an Economy bus to Miami and the second trip was on a Business-class bus from Miami back to Central Florida. My main complaint on both trips is that the bathrooms on the buses didn't have anything for washing, cleansing or sanitizing hands. The dispenser for the hand sanitizer was completely empty on both buses. On the economy bus to Miami, we stopped in Orlando so they could clean the bus and when I used the bathroom after the trip continued that's when I realized the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. Sanitation is important especially post-Covid, so I want to report this in hopes that my future trips on this bus service will have the hand cleaner/sanitizer available. My other complaint is the AC was too low during the trip on the business-class bus back from Miami. Overall, the bus trips were fine and I'm currently booking another trip now on the First-Class bus. I travel to Miami often for work and this bus service is better for me than driving down to/from Central Florida.

Bus was due here at 11:30. I got an e mail saying because of unforeseen circumstances it would arrive at 12:15. At 1:00 I called and they had no idea when The bus will arrive because they can’t track the bus or it’s driver. Then they told me 1:50 it would arrive. That’s 30 minutes from now and over two hours late. The only contact I received was it would be 45 minutes late. This is my first and last time using this” luxury bus service”. Nothing luxurious about it so far especially the communication and service. Don’t bother just drive yourself if you can. After arriving in Miami Over 3 hours delayed they offered me a 30 dollar credit on a future bus. I paid 73 bucks for my ticket . I will never ride this bus again so it’s a useless credit. This is absolutely a last resort form of transportation. Rent a car, walk , or crawl to your destination before you use this service.
