Jenny in the administration office is extremely rude. Hung up on me when I asked why it says to call that # for lost items and unclaimed baggage. I checked the website again thinking maybe I was mistaken. And sure enough I was right. When I called back she had attitude and I asked for the manager which she never got on the phone. She left me on hold and I ended up hanging up after 10 mins. I work in customer service and was extremely baffled by her unprofessionalism. Obviously she didn't get the manager because she knew she was in the wrong. I suggest having her take some classes or maybe she shouldn't be dealing with customers at all.

Excellent airport. It’s small but it has a charm about it. It only has a handful of gates, they do offer a lot of flights. My flight was with Alaska going non stop to Seattle. The seating in the waiting area is surprisingly sufficient. TSA is friendly, helpful, and quick to get you through security. The scanner is not so sensitive as most around the country. If you go to this airport, expect a great visit.

Delta and United staff provide excellent service. Terminal is easy to get around in. Restaurant in gate area has good food & craft beer.

They are struggling with ground services. We typically land and then wait 15 minutes or more for the gate to be ready.
