Looks like i'm not the only one who strongly dislikes Dixie Kramer. One of the most laziest people I've ever witnessed. Already had negative thoughts about buying a HOA home. But this HOA and Dixie are just terrible. Lost all the paper work. She should be fired immediately

Disappointed. Our yard is now mud because of fumbled sprinkler/water/lawn management. They are very slow and even unresponsive with communication at times.

They lied about the roofing fees being including in the HOA fee and are now creating a separate (non disclosed) roofing fee so that the housing values don’t take a hit when potential buyers hear the fees are constantly increasing.

On more than one occasion I’ve been unable to access my own driveway because of the negligence of the snow removal team (AFTER having asked the head of the HOA to ensure it didn’t happen again.)

Why am I paying for these companies to make my life harder?!

I have be really impressed with Dixie and Redrock HOA Management. As a property maintenance business owner I have seen her do so much for the HOA's we maintain. She has clear communication between myself and the residents within an HOA. I have talked, emailed and texted her over the last several years and there is nothing she won't do for her properties. Dixie is a superwomen and that's the best way I can describe her. She goes above and beyond to unsure her properties are well looked after.

If you are thinking of living in an HOA community that is managed by Red Rock HOA, DON'T! THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL!! I was continually harassed by Dixie / Red Rock for over 4 years until I finally moved. No one in the community dares to use the clubhouse or the pool because they are constantly yelled at and harassed by the HOA management. If you have a pet, you will be harassed, called emailed and receive complaints. If you try to use the gym you will be asked why you are there and when you are going to leave? If you use the pool (which is always empty because no one dares to use it) they will monitor you like hovering overlords who have nothing better to do than to harass the local community. The HOA overlords are retired, grouchy, rude, unprofessional people who have nothing better to do besides micro manage everyone coming and going. It is beyond intrusive, and should be illegal. They will talk down to you, discriminate and harass you. I owned my home and was told I had to check in visitors, asked about friends visiting, told who could park at our home and where, pets have to be registered, harassed about the pool and the gym. You can see by the other many negative reviews how they treat the community of homeowners in North Salt Lake. It's only a matter of time before they end up in a lawsuit for harassment or discrimination. Don't live in the Bella Vida community, it's just not worth putting up with this terrible HOA Company.

The HOA manager is awful. The area is fine for a starter homes but if you rent off of people here, please note the HOA here is overly strict. Be prepared to pay to parking if you have 2-3 vehicles. If I knew this is what I’d get into, I would not have rented here. Permits are based on a lottery system (stupid right?) so you have to be lucky to get one. If not you can park on the city street which could be up to a block or two away.

The manager Dixie is extremely uptight and is (for some reason) proud about it.

She is uncommunicative, she won't hesitate to raise her voice at you, and will blame you 100% and never take the blame. She is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend RedRock HOA Management. They are sneaky, vague, and uncommunicative.

Dixie You MUST take constructive criticism as a business owner, you are not perfect nor is the way you run your business. You MUST listen to the people who are paying for your life style because you collect a check from us every month. Learn to listen and learn to accommodate to the people who are paying YOU for these services. Be smarter because if you don't learn to listen to these people who you evidently look down at, you will have no one.

If you are considering buying a house under RedRock HOA Management, please take a few minutes to read this. I am not the only person who is tired of this treatment. Take your well earned money and business elsewhere.

Our HOA is very well run and Dixie is incredibly responsive. I hear nightmare stories about HOAs, but largely thanks to Redrock, we don't deal with those issues.
