This home was exceptional and the pricing was beyond reasonable! The hosts are phenomenal, they not only were incredibly responsive, but anticipated needs and reached out before you even knew you needed it. The home is immaculate and so comfortable, felt at home, quiet and warm. The dogs were so comfortable and happy there as well. We would 100% recommend Del Norte for others to stay and will absolutely be coming back ourselves! One of the best rentals I've ever been in.

Our stay at this beautiful property was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm and welcoming, just like home. The house was immaculately clean, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The host was attentive and thoughtful, even leaving a personalized welcome note on the board, which added a delightful touch.

The location was serene and private, with just a few neighbors nearby. The amenities were outstanding and catered to all our needs: a jacuzzi, BBQ, a tranquil outdoor space, two cozy living rooms, a play area for the kids, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking and dining. It made meal preparation a breeze and added so much convenience to our stay.

This was genuinely a 5-star experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable!

My family traveled all the way from TX and we really enjoyed the comfort of the property. Everything we need were provided: from toiletries, kitchen wares, snacks, laundry area, few bottled water and drinks just to name a few. Because of tight schedule and only stayed for a short period of time, we were not able to use the hot tub and fire pit outside but my kids enjoyed running and playing around the backyard. The one that stands out on this property is the scenic view of downtown COS and the mountains. The community is sooo quiet and we feel very safe. There was a little hiccup when checking in using the door code provided but it was a no big deal! We were planning on returning in a couple of years in this same property hopefully it will still be available. Its a duplex property and we stayed at the top one. We cant wait to return to CO! There's so much to explore and we will definitely be back again!

Best place to stay to visit Colorado the right way. House is located right in the mountains but a short drive to restaurants all over the springs and the local area and located right next to one of the best hiking trails in the area. Great view of the city as well. Highly recommend.

Lovely home with all the amenities the check inn was smooth ,The keurig maker was well stock ,very cleaned home location was perfect close to stores ,restaurants in case you get snowed inn . We got snowed inn on the first day the next morning the property had workers cleaning out the drive way making safe for me and my family they went above and beyond . Master bedroom is amazing nor to mention hot tub outside. One thing i would like to mention if you plan on shopping take your own bags they do charge for you bags not used to that in Texas .😊

We really enjoyed our time at the cottage. My husband and I brought our almost 5yo to the area and the house was spacious enough for the three of us. We agreed the cottage was bigger in person than what the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with what you'd need to make meals. We were able to make 2 meals a day. Location of the cottage is fantastic - close to DT Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, and more! A nice, relaxing getaway for our family after the busy holidays.

Folks don't miss out on this cute little B&B. It's even cutier than It's pictures. There is an amazing view of Pikes Peak outside your bedroom area. The price is extremely reasonable. They supplied various drinks, coffee bar and various snacks, which was a nice surprise. Outside is a fire pit and BBQ grill, which we used both.

This was such a wonderful air b&b. Hot tub was great, we had a little deer come to visit us which was so fun, and it was very comfortable. Kaitlyn was a great communicator and very flexible. Thanks!
