I have never experienced anything like the people in this office . We had a leak from the roof a month ago which the HOA is responsible for and every time I call,the person is never available and I have left numerous voicemails. When I get someone to talk to,they tell me that they are going to look into the matter or they are saying that someone will be out in a couple of days. Today I was informed that they no longer service our community!Called the new management and talked to a person right away who wanted an email with information and pictures right away
Stay away from this office. The only nice people there are the people answering the phones! The rest could care less about doing their job!

Tried calling manager at this number 4 times in 2 days... Left 3 voicemails and was told by receptionist that they have 24 hours to respond to calls, but that came and went with no response.

Called the largo office on day 2, and got a friendlier receptionist. She put me through immediately, even though the person I had been trying to speak with for 2 days (I was told by the receptionists that this was the person who deals with my property) could not answer my questions and was of absolutely no help. I had to then leave ANOTHER message with a different employee I was transfered to who might be able to help, we'll see.

I am trying to get information for my insurance adjuster, as well as report some poor drainage near my property, so the fact that this is taking so long is extremely frustrating.

Thank God for this organization as I had promised myself that I would never put myself into an HOA position again.

However, the property is beautiful here, well maintained and residents that you meet around the property are happy and hospitable!

Management never responds to my multiple calls or email. Instead they lied and sent me a robot email saying my issue has been resolved. It's been two months now and things just gets worst and worst. Manager is never in the office to answer calls. I guess they got better things to do than doing their job.

After storms and or hurricanes there is no one from Resource Property Managment that walks their property to see the damages. Our last storm Debby this past weekend has down trees in front of building 9 where it his a downspout and the elbow to the down spout is now missing and the water from the gutter just gushes out. The tree that hit the downspout is a floral cascading hibiscus, a very pretty tree/bush that was never planted deep enough in the ground. It has gotten bigger and of course heavier. It needs to be addressed. Plus the downspout issue which is at 901 Bough Ave Clearwater FL 33760
I work 9am to 5:30 as well and cannot get to call them during their hours. We have the same work hours.

Also All units need sidewalks power washed, especially building 8 and 9 and around the pool and mailbox area as well. It has been over two years and the mold on the sidewalks is disgusting. Please take care of these issues .

Resource Property Management's customer service took over a month to respond to my email about an invalid fee added to my account, and their response was to lie and modify their records to hide the invalid fee while adding other ones. That's the type of service you can expect from them.

Grand Reserve: I have been leaving here for almost 2 years now. Recently, I had 2 leaks from the upstairs unit and the Administration and Maintenance crew were just amazing. The last one was on a Sunday and they responded very quickly and had someone here within the hour. The maintenance crew came with a plumber and quickly stopped the leak. I appreciate the quick response immensely since it prevented my unit from getting water damage. The maintenance guys are truly amazing and knowledgeable. They instantly knew what was wrong and promptly closed the valves upstairs. The administration here runs a tight ship so if you don't have issues following rules and taking pride of living in a clean and safe community, then this is the place for you.Thank you Theo and team!!
