We recently purchased a business that was owned and operated by Gokul himself. Unfortunately, he did NOT truthfully disclose all the operating costs and expenses associated with his business for sale. His only interest was his own, not presenting the full truth. For example, he told us the advertising budget was $500, when in fact, Gokul had been spending almost $1,000 per month in advertising. We made the decision to purchase his small business, based on the false information he provided. After confronting him on several lies, he refused to refund our money, and offered only to relist the business, and now we are stuck with it. Please save yourself the financial loss and find a broker you can trust. Buyer BEWARE.
