I was almost stranded overnight away from home during extremely freezing temperatures because Rider Express cancelled my trip suddenly while I was traveling back home!
Thanks to Aurora Charter Service I was able to arrive home on time and safe!!

Buyer Beware and

I had a great experience with this bus service. The driver was friendly, and we arrived at our destination promptly. My only concern was the other passengers. Once I entered the bus, there was nowhere to sit. There were a few seats that were empty but other passengers had loaded their bags on the west blocking the seats. I asked a girl to remove her bags and she didn’t want to do it. She put her large bag under my seat and I had nowhere to put my legs. I got upset and told her she needs to check her bag to make room for my legs because I am a paying passenger. She refused to check her bags because apparently she had a laptop that she did not want to break. At that point the driver already started driving while I was not even seated. He should’ve intervened and told the passenger to remove her bags. I had nowhere else to sit. I think there needs to be control over other passengers, and the driver should not have left while I was still standing and waiting for my seat to be emptied. It is unsafe to drive while other passengers are standing. The girl passenger took about 15 minutes to sort out her darn bags and even when she did, she was taking room of half of my seat. It was a very uncomfortable ride for me. Again, the driver should be controlling other passengers, refusing to make room for a paying customer to sit down. Empty seats are not for luggage. They are for paying customers.

Mediocre service:
1. no phone line to modify purchased services
2. poor customer service
3. hence purchase any/all services (seats, paggage, dates, location pickup/dropoff,...) products at the last minute when there is no chance of you needing to modify those services.
4. first time user, last time user. I'll just fly next time.

Comfortable buses are in demand in all directions. The drivers are polite and cheerful. Departure and arrival according to the schedule. Not much space between the seats, comfortable temperature in the cabin. The only caveat is that there will be no Wi-Fi throughout the entire journey.

On my way to Calgary through Edmonton from Saskatoon the bus delayed for 15mins. On my return from Calgary, after 3 minutes of being late the bus left me and the receptionist wasn’t willing to call the rider to allow me catch him at the next bus stop. She said I can’t catch him. I asked for 5mins allowance with the driver but she didn’t send the message to the driver. On top of that, I lost my fare totaling 299.96 bucks for 2 people. No refund no rebook. Be advised.
When I was running late, nobody called me. So why did you take my number and why did you take my email
Reader be advised !

Money grabbing bus company. With Greyhound, if you miss your scheduled bus they would put you on the next bus without you losing your ticket money. With this bus, they take everything and even charge you $30 to change your ticket. Greed at it worst!

Awful experience. Driver was told to return to the park while we were on our way to Saskatoon. The journey took almost 12hours from Edmonton to Saskatoon

It was a sufficient trip, but it isn't as good as either Saskatchewan Transportation or Greyhound used to be as those two businesses used to have actual depot buildings and garages. As is, they pull their buses up in front of a store front style of building, in the parking lot area as they do in Regina, or else along the sidewalk, as they do in Saskatoon. I am thankful for the service, but it would be lovely if the current provincial government would allow them to use the former infrastructures that already exist (where they're available) as depots.
