After unfortunate news of being laid off, one of the benefits I received was services from Right Management and I am so glad I took them up on using this benefit. From the very first introduction meeting, I immediately felt comfort during the daunting process of looking for a new role. I was paired with my Career Coach, Jane Doremus, and she is hands down the best. Each week we would meet, track my progress and discuss my action plan. Just having her in my corner gave me confidence, comfort and I genuinely looked forward to our meeting each week. I took as many classes that I could and recommend all of them. What is absolutely the best is that every Monday morning there is a networking group, which today is about 50 people that meet in the local Ft Lauderdale office, and it is a very friendly group, all white collar, and it reinforces at least to me, that I am not in this job hunt alone. Others share there stories, trials and tribulations. The leader of this group, Jane is very enthusiastic and always makes all of us feel good for a Monday morning. I would recommend anyone that has the ability to work with Right Management while you are in "transition" do so with an open mind. They provide a ton of content in a few different portals, recorded and live webinars and just do a great job of getting one's psyche going in the right direction.
